本实用新型涉及一种打孔冲头,由管状的冲体部和冲刀部连接构成,冲体部的侧壁局部内陷,嵌入并固定其内的弹簧,弹簧的横截面为扁平状,在冲体部和冲刀部的侧壁上沿轴线设有弹性伸缩缝,弹簧的端部装配顶压头。本实用新型克服了现有技术中普通打孔冲头内的圆弹簧的弹性较差、冲头体容易堵塞、造成不能正常脱料的缺陷,通过上述设计,在相同的截面积下大大增强了打孔冲头内弹簧的弹性,提高了防堵性能,而且打孔冲头的规格可设计得更小,具有结构简单、耐冲压、使用寿命长、冲孔质量高的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种打孔冲头。
背景技术
传统的打孔冲头,都由管状的冲体部和冲刀部连接构成,冲体部内固定圆弹簧。在小孔径的状态下,其内圆弹簧的簧丝必然很细,导致弹簧的弹性不足,极易造成洞孔堵塞、不能正常脱料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中普通打孔冲头内的圆弹簧的弹性较差、冲头体容易堵塞、造成不能正常脱料的问题,本实用新型提供一种打孔冲头,该打孔冲头的弹性伸缩性能强、洞孔不易堵塞。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由管状的冲体部和冲刀部连接构成,在冲体部内固定弹簧,弹簧的横截面为扁平状。
冲体部的侧壁局部内陷,嵌入并固定弹簧。
在冲体部和冲刀部的侧壁上沿轴线设有弹性伸缩缝,弹簧的端部装配顶压头。
本实用新型通过上述设计,在相同的截面积下大大增强了打孔冲头内弹簧的弹性,提高了防堵性能,而且打孔冲头的规格可设计得更小,具有结构简单、耐冲压、使用寿命长、冲孔质量高的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型由管状的冲体部1和冲刀部2连接构成,冲体部1和冲刀部2采用两种硬度不同的金属材料。在冲体部内固定弹簧3,弹簧3的横截面为扁平状,其固定方式是冲体部1的侧壁局部内陷,嵌入并固定弹簧3。在冲体部1和冲刀部2的侧壁上沿轴线设有弹性伸缩缝4,弹性伸缩缝4的设计可进一步提高防堵性能,弹簧3的端部还可装配顶压头5,该顶压头5当然也可以省略,以降低成本。

1、一种打孔冲头,由管状的冲体部和冲刀部连接构成,在冲体部内固定弹簧,其特征是弹簧(3)的横截面为扁平状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的打孔冲头,其特征是冲体部(1)的侧壁局部内陷,嵌入并固定弹簧(3)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的打孔冲头,其特征是在冲体部(1)和冲刀部(2)的侧壁上沿轴线设有弹性伸缩缝(4),弹簧(3)的端部装配顶压头(5)。
