Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种高尔夫球电动车结构，该结构中看板座固定于支承座上，支承座通过折叠机构与上支承管连接，上支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与支承座和固定座折叠连接，中部设有上托架，固定座上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与上支承管和下支承管折叠连接，中部固设有支架，用以固定后轮转动座和电机，下支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与固定座和前轮组支架折叠连接，中下部设有下托架，前轮组支架设有前叉，用以架设前轮。本实用新型通过采用多重折叠，使得车体体积大大缩小，方便携带，同时通过电机带动，在运送高尔夫球棍等运动器材时节省了人力。

本实用新型涉及一种运动器材电动推车结构，尤其涉及一种高尔夫球电动车结构。
背景技术
现有技术的高尔夫球电动车结构，大多无法折叠且无动力装置，不便大众使用及携带。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、携带方便的可折叠的高尔夫球电动车结构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种高尔夫球电动车结构，该结构主要由车手、调整手把、看板座、支承座、折叠机构、上支承管、上托架、固定座、下支承管、下托架、前轮组、后轮转动座及电机组成。看板座固定于支承座上，支承座通过折叠机构与上支承管连接；上支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与支承座和固定座折叠连接，中部设有上托架；固定座上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与上支承管和下支承管折叠连接，中部固设有支架，用以固定后轮转动座和电机；下支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与固定座和前轮组支架折叠连接，中下部设有下托架；前轮组支架设有前叉，用以架设前轮。
所述折叠机构由上盖、下盖、调整齿、螺杆、弹性体及按钮组成，上盖和下盖内均设有内齿条，与调整齿表面的齿条相匹配，螺杆依次穿过下盖、弹性体、调整齿及上盖，与螺丝锁固，按钮卡位于上盖内。弹性体处于正常状态下，调整齿与上盖和下盖内的齿条均啮合，施力按钮，可推抵调整齿置入下盖内部，使其表面的齿条与上盖内齿条脱离，从而可实施折叠，松开按钮，由于弹性体的弹力作用，又可使调整齿回归到与上盖和下盖内的齿条均啮合，从而实施固定。
所述折叠机构由调整左盖、调整右盖、弹性体、按钮及快拆组成，调整左盖和调整右盖对应设有相互匹配的凹凸齿牙，快拆依次穿过调整右盖、弹性体及调整左盖，与螺丝锁固，按钮可使调整左盖和调整右盖卡合锁紧后定位。按钮前端为轴体，置入小弹性体内部，头部设有圆柱形体，中部为弧形半柱形体，与调整右盖表面帖合，后端为圆弧片，方便人手按压。当快拆琐紧时，调整左盖和调整右盖因齿牙相互啮合而定位，同时其内部的大弹性体受力压缩，小弹性体推抵按钮，使其头部圆柱形体正好同时卡合调整左盖和调整右盖上的凹槽；当快拆松脱时，调整左盖和调整右盖受大弹性体的回复力作用而相互脱离，同时按住按钮，使其头部圆柱形体完全置入调整左盖内而脱离调整右盖上的凹槽，这样调整左盖和调整右盖即可相互转动，从而实现折叠，此外，由于小弹性体回复力的作用，当旋转至调整右盖的另一凹槽时，按钮头部的圆柱形体自动弹入该凹槽，从而又实现了调整左盖和调整右盖的定位。
所述折叠机构由折合连接块、支架及对锁螺丝组成，折合连接块设为阶梯状，支架下端对应设有与之匹配的阶梯状，支架上端的穿孔通过对锁螺丝锁定在折合连接块上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明：
如图1、图2和图6所示，一种高尔夫球电动车结构，该结构主要由车手250、调整手把270、看板座230、支承座240、折叠机构(700、500、300)、上支承管430、上托架220、固定座420、下支承管410、下托架210、前轮组100、后轮转动座920及电机910组成。车手250上设有把套260，调整手把270可调节改变把手250角度；看板座230固定于支承座240上，支承座240通过折叠机构700与上支承管430连接；上支承管430上端和下端分别通过折叠机构(700、500)与支承座240和固定座420折叠连接，中部设有上托架220；固定座420上端和下端分别通过折叠机构500与上支承管430和下支承管410折叠连接，中部固设有支架460，支架460上设有支承片，用以固定电池930，末端固设一轮轴，轮轴两端通过调节件830、卡位片820及螺丝枢设左右后轮，轮轴间设有电机910；下支承管410上端和下端分别通过折叠机构(500、300)与固定座420和前轮组100支架310折叠连接，中下部设有下托架210；前轮组100支架310设有前叉120，用以架设前轮110。
如图3所示，折叠机构700由上盖730、下盖760、调整齿740、螺杆770、弹性体750及按钮710组成，上盖730和下盖760内均设有内齿条，与调整齿740表面的齿条相匹配，螺杆770依次穿过下盖760、弹性体750、调整齿740及上盖730，与螺丝720锁固，按钮卡710位于上盖730内。弹性体750处于正常状态下，调整齿740与上盖730和下盖760内的齿条均啮合，施力按钮710，可推抵调整齿740置入下盖760内部，使其表面的齿条与上盖730内齿条脱离，从而可实施折叠，松开按钮710，由于弹性体750的回复力作用，又可使调整齿740回归到与上盖730和下盖760内的齿条均啮合状态，从而实施固定。
如图4所示，折叠机构500由调整左盖520、调整右盖550、弹性体540、按钮580及快拆590组成，调整左盖520和调整右盖550对应设有相互匹配的凹凸齿牙，快拆590依次穿过调整右盖550、弹性体540及调整左盖520，与螺丝510锁固，按钮580可使调整左盖520和调整右盖550卡合锁紧后定位。按钮580前端为轴体570，置入小弹性体530内部，头部设有圆柱形体，中部为弧形半柱形体，与调整右盖550表面帖合，后端为圆弧片，方便人手按压。当快拆590琐紧时，调整左盖520和调整右盖550因齿牙相互啮合而定位，同时其内部的大弹性体540受力压缩，小弹性体530推抵按钮580，使其头部圆柱形体正好同时卡合调整左盖520和调整右盖550上的凹槽；当快拆590松脱时，调整左盖520和调整右盖550受大弹性体540的回复力作用而相互脱离，同时按住按钮580，使其头部圆柱形体完全置入调整左盖520内而脱离调整右盖550上的凹槽，这样调整左盖520和调整右盖550即可相互转动，从而实现折叠，此外，由于小弹性体530回复力的作用，当旋转至调整右盖550的另一凹槽时，按钮头部的圆柱形体自动弹入该凹槽，从而又实现了调整左盖520和调整右盖550的定位。
如图5所示，折叠机构300由折合连接块340、支架310及对锁螺丝(320、330)组成，折合连接块340设为阶梯状，支架310下端对应设有与之匹配的阶梯状，支架310上端的穿孔通过对锁螺丝(320、330)锁定在折合连接块340上。折合连接块340通过两组对锁螺丝(350、360)与下支承管410锁紧固定。
综上所述，本实用新型通过采用多重折叠，使得车体体积可大大缩小，方便携带，同时通过电机带动，在运送高尔夫球等运动器材时节省了人力。

Claims (4)

1、一种高尔夫球电动车结构，该结构主要由车手、调整手把、看板座、支承座、折叠机构、上支承管、上托架、固定座、下支承管、下托架、前轮组、后轮转动座及电机组成，其特征在于：看板座固定于支承座上，支承座通过折叠机构与上支承管连接；上支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与支承座和固定座折叠连接，中部设有上托架；固定座上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与上支承管和下支承管折叠连接，中部固设有支架，用以固定后轮转动座和电机；下支承管上端和下端分别通过折叠机构与固定座和前轮组支架折叠连接，中下部设有下托架；前轮组支架设有前叉，用以架设前轮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高尔夫球电动车结构，其特征在于：所述折叠机构由上盖、下盖、调整齿、螺杆、弹性体及按钮组成，上盖和下盖内均设有内齿条，与调整齿表面的齿条相匹配，螺杆依次穿过下盖、弹性体、调整齿及上盖，与螺丝锁固，按钮卡位于上盖内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的高尔夫球电动车结构，其特征在于：所述折叠机构由调整左盖、调整右盖、弹性体、按钮及快拆组成，调整左盖和调整右盖对应设有相互匹配的凹凸齿牙，快拆依次穿过调整右盖、弹性体及调整左盖，与螺丝锁固，按钮可使调整左盖和调整右盖卡合锁紧后定位。
4、根据权利要求1所述的高尔夫球电动车结构，其特征在于：所述折叠机构由折合连接块、支架及对锁螺丝组成，折合连接块设为阶梯状，支架下端对应设有与之匹配的阶梯状，支架上端的穿孔通过对锁螺丝锁定在折合连接块上。
