Abstract

本实用新型的大口径双口多层塑料输水管属于给排水领域。输水管管壁为外、中、内三层结构,外层与内层均为高密度聚乙烯树脂所组成。中层为加强层,由高密度聚乙烯树脂、锯屑、米糠、粉煤灰混合而成,其横断面呈一个个并排的倒日字形,具中空空腔,每两个倒日字形相邻处,由胶粘剂相粘接。整个输水管管体利用模具通过塑料管材挤出机在热融状态下一次挤出整体复合成型。本输水管的管壁承压强度大大提高,耐久性增强,自身重量降低,施工方便,且由于制造原料利用了废弃物,部分取代了高密度聚乙烯树脂,不但具环保效益,也使生产成本大大降低。

1、技术领域:本实用新型的大口径双口多层塑料输水管属于给排水领域。
2、背景技术:现行的各类300-2200mm大口径排水管一般均为铸铁管或水泥管,铸铁管成本高易锈蚀耐久性差,铸铁或水泥管均存在重量大,接头复杂,铺设管道工程量大等缺陷。
3、发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提出一种部分利用废弃物制造的承压强度高,耐久性长,施工方便的大口径双口多层塑料输水管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:输水管管壁为外、中、内三层结构,外层与内层均为高密度聚乙烯树脂所组成。中层为加强层,由高密度聚乙烯树脂、锯屑、米糠、粉煤灰混合而成,其横断面呈一个个并排的倒日字形,具中空空腔,每两个倒日字形相邻处,由胶粘剂相粘接。整个输水管管体利用模具通过塑料管材挤出机在热融状态下一次挤出整体复合成型。
由于实行上述方案,倒日字形的中层即成为高强度层,就使得输水管的管壁承压强度大大提高,耐久性增强,自身重量降低,施工方便。且由于制造原料利用了废弃物,部分取代了高密度聚乙烯树脂,不但具环保效益,也使生产成本大大降低。

实施例:如图1-3所示,输水管管壁为外、中、内三层结构,外层3与内层1均为高密度聚乙烯树脂所组成,中层2为加强层,其由高密度聚乙烯树脂、锯屑、米糠、粉煤灰混合而成,中层横向断面呈一个个并排的倒日字形,具中空空腔5,每两个倒日字形相邻处,由胶粘剂4相粘接,胶粘剂4为高密度聚乙烯树脂。整个输水管管体利用模具通过塑料管材挤出机在热融状态下一次挤出整体复合成型。

1、一种大口径双口多层塑料输水管,管壁为外、中、内三层结构,其特征在于:外层与内层均为高密度聚乙烯树脂所组成,中层为加强层,由高密度聚乙烯树脂、锯屑、米糠、粉煤灰混合而成,其横断面呈一个个并排的倒日字形,具中空空腔,每两个倒日字形相邻处,由胶粘剂相粘接。
