Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种冷却设备，尤其涉及一种用于冶金炉及高温炉上的铜流槽，包括壁体，进水管道及出水管道，在壁体内设有冷却铜管，冷却铜管与进水管道及出水管道为一体式结构，同时冷却铜管截面形状呈椭圆形。本实用新型结构简捷，冷却效果好，使用寿命长，是一种理想的铜流槽。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷却设备，尤其涉及一种用于冶金炉及高温炉上的铜流槽。
二、背景技术
目前，应用于冶金炉及高温炉上的铜流槽其内置式冷却通道皆采用打孔制成，外接进水管道及出水管道。这种铜流槽缺点在于：①打孔制成的冷却通道较粗糙，流水不畅，阻力大；②冷却通道与进水管道及出水管道之间采用焊接，容易造成漏水现象；③制作成本较高，生产效率较低。
三、发明内容
本实用新型针对上述不足，目的在于提供一种冷却效果好、使用安全且使用寿命较长的铜流槽。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：铜流槽包括壁体，进水管道及出水管道，在壁体内设有冷却铜管，冷却铜管与进水管道及出水管道为一体式结构。同时冷却铜管截面形状呈椭圆形。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后，其优点在于：
(1)冷却铜管埋于壁体内，冷却铜管与进水管道及出水管道通过铸造成一体式铸结构。这样即解决了冷却铜管与进水管道及出水管道之间焊接漏水的问题，又保证了冷却铜管内腔的光洁性，提高了冷却效果。
(2)冷却铜管截面形状呈椭圆形。增大了冷却铜管与热面之间的接触面(热面是指铜流槽壁体面向高炉的使用面)，进一步提高了冷却效果。

五、具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括壁体1，进水管道4及出水管道2，在壁体1内设有冷却铜管3，冷却铜管3与进水管道4及出水管道2为一体式结构。同时冷却铜管3其截面形状呈椭圆形。

1、一种铜流槽，包括壁体(1)，进水管道(4)及出水管道(2)，其特征在于在壁体(1)内设有冷却铜管(3)，冷却铜管(3)与进水管道(4)及出水管道(2)为一体式结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铜流槽，其特征在于冷却铜管(3)其截面形状呈椭圆形。
