Abstract

本实用新型自动调偏扶正器,涉及一种对抽油杆扶正的石油机械装置。它由接箍、接头、扶正球和垫片组成,扶正球可在接头的孔内任意角度转动,利用三点形成一个平面的原理,使自动调偏扶正器在抽油杆的任意区段均可自动扶正,且把原来扶正器和油管的线接触改为点接触,减少了摩擦力,使抽油杆的往复运动减少阻力。这种扶正器能使抽油杆在油管内自动找正,防止偏磨。

本实用新型涉及一种对抽油杆扶正的石油机械装置,尤其是能让抽油杆自动居中。
背景技术
目前,公知的抽油杆扶正器有滚轮扶正器、柱状扶正器和卡箍式扶正器。滚轮扶正器由滚轮、杆体和销轴组成;柱状扶正器由接箍、杆体、扶正套组成;卡箍式扶正器由尼龙卡箍制成。扶正器的作用是:将扶正器和抽油杆连接或套在抽油杆上,防止抽油杆对油管偏磨。滚轮扶正器由于强度较低,油田很少使用。柱状扶正器和卡箍式扶正器上的扶正体都由尼龙制成,使用方便,缺点是寿命短,磨下来的尼龙碎屑容易造成抽油泵卡死,而且它们与油管接触的磨擦力大,使抽油机的负载增大。
发明内容
为了克服现有的抽油杆扶正器的强度低、寿命短以及尼龙碎屑卡泵问题,本实用新型提供一种扶正器,该扶正器的扶正球由不锈钢或其它材料制造,不含尼龙件,不会造成卡泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在接头的两端分别均匀铣或钻3个孔,在孔中装上扶正球,两端的扶正球错开,这些扶正球均可在任意方向转动,这样每一端均由3个扶正球的外顶点形成一个平面,无论任意一个扶正球的边缘磨到油管,油管给它一个相反的力使其离开,这样3个扶正球都使抽油杆自动居中,起到自动调偏的作用,另一端的3个扶正球则加强了这种调偏功能。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该扶正器的主体由高强度钢材制造,不仅强度高,寿命长,而且由于扶正球不是尼龙材料,消除了卡泵的隐患。这种扶正器把原来扶正器和油管的线接触变为点接触,减少了抽油杆抽油时与油管的磨擦力,减轻了抽油机负载,达到了节能的效果。

具体实施方式
在图1中,自动调偏扶正器由垫片1、扶正球2、接头3和接箍4组成。扶正球2装在接头3两端的孔内,可在任意方向转动。垫片1粘在接头3上,接箍4拧紧在接头3上,使扶正球2不会滚出来。接头3的两端为抽油杆外螺纹,接箍4的两端为抽油杆内螺纹。

图6所示的实施例中,接头3只有一端有孔,没有垫片1,其余和图1相同。

Claims (4)

1.一种自动调偏扶正器,由接箍、接头、垫片和扶正球组成,其特征是,利用3个或3个以上扶正球顶点形成的平面,使抽油杆在油管内自动调偏,自动居中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动调偏扶正器,其特征是,多个扶正球在接头的孔内任意方向转动,扶正球的外部高于接头的外径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动调偏扶正器,其特征是,由扶正球和油管接触,达到对抽油杆扶正的目的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动调偏扶正器,其特征是,由接箍或垫片堵住扶正球,防止它们掉出来。
