Abstract
一种线切割机床用的滑动挡板式防护罩，在防护罩一侧装有固定导向件，带有导向槽的滑动挡板装在固定导向件上，并可在固定导向件上滑动，在滑动挡板另装有可移动的小挡板以封堵滑动挡板与线架上下二横臂间的缺口，配上盖板后形成封闭性能良好的防护罩，能防止线切割机床加工时工作液溅出污染机床。

本实用新型涉及一种线切割机床用的防护罩，尤其是一种滑动挡板式防护罩。
背景技术
目前，公知的线切割机床用的防护罩，在靠近线架侧留有较大缺口，以免线切割机床工作台移动时，与线架横臂碰撞，但由于留有此缺口，线切割机床工作时，飞溅的工作液会从此缺口溅出，污染机床各部。
发明内容
为了克服现有线切割机床用的防护罩不能完全防止工作液溅出的缺点，本实用新型提供一种能完全防止工作液溅出的滑动挡板式防护罩。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：在防护罩靠近线架一侧开口端上，装有固定导向件，带有导向槽的滑动挡板装在固定导向件上，滑动挡板可在固定导向件上滑动，在滑动挡板上开的槽形缺口，通过此缺口，滑动挡板式防护罩可穿过线架的上下横臂装到线切割机床上，在滑动挡板的槽形缺口与线架的上下横臂之间，仍留有缺口，因之在滑动挡板上装有一可移动的小挡板，以防止工作液从此缺口向外溅出，在防护罩的上方装有盖板，使防护罩达到全封闭。
本实用新型的有益效果是，在线切割机床工作时，飞溅的工作液完全被封闭在滑动挡板式防护罩内不能向外溅出，达到防止工作液污染机床的目的。

在图1、2中，防护罩(1)的左侧上端，装有固定导向件(3)，带有导向槽(4)的滑动档板(5)，安装在固定导向件(3)上，滑动挡板(5)可在固定导向件上滑动，滑动挡板(5)上开有槽形缺口(9)，通过此缺口，滑动挡板式防护罩可穿过线架上下横臂(8)装到机床工作台面上；在滑动挡板(5)装有小挡板(6)，可在导轨(7)内移动，小挡板(6)的作用是封堵槽形缺口(9)与线架上下横臂(8)之间缺口，在防护罩(1)上有盖板(2)使滑动挡板式防护罩达到全封闭。

1.一种由防护罩，滑动挡板组成的滑动挡板式防护罩，其特征是：防护罩(1)上装有固定导向件(3)，滑动挡板(5)上带有导向槽(4)安装在固定导向件(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动挡板式防护罩，其特征是：在滑动挡板(5)上装有可在导轨(7)内移动的小挡板(6)。
