Abstract
本实用新型是提供一种健身器材的调整阻尼装置,设于该健身器材的基座,包含有:一阻力轮,是枢设于该基座上:一偏摆架,是枢设于该基座而可偏摆,具有一阻力部与一传动部;一驱动机构,设于该基座,具有一转盘与一凸柱,该转盘是可受驱动而转动,而该凸柱是位于该转盘中心距离预定距离处,且位于该偏摆架的传动部预定侧边;一弹性件,其弹力作用于该偏摆架,使得该偏摆架的传动部保持抵靠于该驱动机构的凸柱;通过此,当该凸柱受控位移时,即可改变该偏摆架的角度,亦即改变该阻力部与该阻力轮周缘的间距,而决定该阻力轮旋转时的阻力。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是与健身器材有关,特别是关于一种具有阻力轮的健身器材的调整阻尼装置。
背景技术
许多运动健身器材是通过由驱使一阻力轮旋转而达到运动目的,例如健身脚踏车、懒人车、椭圆踏步机等,是以控制阻力轮旋转时阻力大小,即可调整运动难易度,市面上的健身器材调整阻尼装置,样式各异、种类繁多,请参阅图5、6所示,是我国第82219047号新型专利案的调整阻尼装置80,是装设于该健身器材的基座81上,该装置80包含有一阻力轮82,枢设于该基座81上;一摇摆座83,枢设该阻力轮82的侧旁,该摇摆座83对应该阻力轮82处是为一阻力部84;一支架85,具有一第一支臂部851与一夹有预定夹角的第二支臂部852,该第一支臂部851底端是枢设于该基座81上,而顶端是与该摇摆座83相枢接;一驱动机构86,该驱动机构86具有一可原地旋转偏心轮87,且该偏心轮87是位于该支架85的第二支臂部852上方;一弹簧88,其二端分别连接该支架85的第二支臂部852外端与该基座81,其弹力使该第二支臂部852与该偏心轮88的周面保持相互抵接;该摇摆座83是可受该偏心轮87周缘推挤或是该弹簧88的弹力作用而产生偏摆,于是,该摇摆座83的阻力部84得以靠近或是远离该阻力轮82的方式移动,而达到调整阻力大小的功效。然而,该偏心轮能带动该支架偏摆的偏摆量大略等于其较长半径扣除其较短半径的差,但是,该基座内部必须预留该偏心轮整体旋转所需的空间,使得健身器材整体体积庞大,除了造成空间浪费的外,也使得健身器材的外观设计不佳。另外,现有结构是利用该偏心轮带动该支架偏摆,该支架再利用其滑槽的设计而带动该偏摆座偏摆,才使得该磁铁组与该阻力轮间的距离改变,过程繁复、零件数多,而增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的即在提供一种健身器材的调整阻尼装置,具有减少体积、动作简单的优点。
为达成前揭目的,本实用新型的健身器材的调整阻尼装置,是设于该健身器材的基座,其包含有:一阻力轮,是枢设于该基座上,且可受使用者的运动带动而原地旋转;一偏摆架,是枢设于该基座,具有一阻力部与一传动部,该偏摆架偏摆时,该阻力部是以靠近或是远离该阻力轮周缘的方式移动;一驱动机构,设于该基座,具有一转盘与一凸柱,该转盘可受一驱动源的驱动而转动,而该凸柱是位于该转盘中心距离预定距离处,且位于该偏摆架的传动部预定侧边;一弹性件,其弹力作用于该偏摆架,而使其获得扭力使得该偏摆架的传动部保持抵靠于该驱动机构的凸柱;通过此,当该凸柱受控位移时,即可改变该偏摆架的角度,亦即改变该阻力部与该阻力轮周缘的间距,而决定该阻力轮旋转时的阻力。

图4是本实用新型第二较佳实施例的侧视图。
图5是现有阻尼调整装置的侧视图,显示阻力部靠近阻力轮的状态;
图6是现有阻尼调整装置的侧视图,显示阻力部靠近远离阻力轮的状态。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型第一较佳实施例所提供的健身器材的调整阻尼装置10,图中所示的该健身器材11是为健身脚踏车,具有一基座12;该调整阻尼装置10包含有:
一阻力轮20,外周面包覆有一金属片层21,该阻力轮20可受使用者运动带动而原地旋转。
一偏摆架30,具有一阻力部31与一传动部32,该阻力部31是顺应该阻力轮20周缘而呈弧状,而该传动部32具有一与该阻力部31相连的第一支臂33,以及一朝该阻力部31相反方向延伸的第二支臂34。
一磁铁组40,设于该偏摆架30的阻力部31上,是由若干块状磁铁41并列构成。
一驱动机构50,具有一驱动源(图中未示)、一转盘51,以及一凸柱52。该驱动源具有一马达(图中未示)、一与该马达电信连接的减速箱53,以及一可受该减速箱53带动旋转的轴杆54。该转盘51是设于该轴杆54上而可受该驱动源的驱动而转动,而该凸柱52是设于该转盘51上且相隔其中心预定距离处,且该凸柱52是位于该偏摆架30的第二支臂34的上方,当该转盘51旋转时,该凸柱52是可沿一圆形轨迹移动。
一弹性件60,本实用新型是为拉力弹簧,该弹性件60的顶端设于基座12且位于该偏摆架30的传动部32上方,而底端是连接于该传动部32,该弹性件60是提供向上的拉伸弹力,使该传动部32与该驱动机构50的凸柱52保持相互抵接的状态。
使用者于使用该健身器材11进行脚踏车运动时,该阻力轮20是受带动而旋转,此时,该阻力部31上的磁铁组40的磁力是与该阻力轮20外周面的片层21相吸引而产生阻力,而使用者可调整该阻力部31与该阻力轮20的距离,直至产生阻力大小符合需求。请参阅图2所示,此时,该凸柱52是位于较偏靠下方的位置,而向下推抵该偏摆架30的传动部32,使该偏摆架30的阻力部31移至远离该阻力轮20的位置,于是,该阻力部31与该阻力轮20间是产生较小的阻力。当使用者欲使用该调整阻尼装置10增加阻力时,先利用该驱动机构50驱使该凸柱52移至较上方的位置如图3所示,此时,该弹性件60的弹力是将该传动部34向上拉伸而与该凸柱52保持抵接状态,于是,使该阻力部31是移至靠近该阻力轮20的位置,而产生较大的阻力。
经由上述的结构,本实用新型结构简单、零件数少,可降低组装成本,而且,该偏摆架产生的偏摆量是由该凸柱移动所决定,而该凸柱移动距离大约等于该转盘的直径,可大幅减少现有偏心轮设计所需要的空间,此外,该传动部与活动部同设为一体,使该凸柱可直接作动该传动部而带动该偏摆架的偏摆,更可减少空间浪费,相较现有结构,本实用新型更显直接简单,且具有良好调整该调整阻尼装置产生阻力大小的功效。
本实用新型的弹性件设置方式是将其顶端连接于该传动部上方的基座,而底端连接于该偏摆架的传动部,当然,亦可以其他方式设计弹性件的位置,例如将该弹性件的顶端设置于该阻力部上方的基座,而底端连接于该阻力部,同样地可达到使驱动机构的凸柱与偏摆架的传动部保持抵接的状态。
本实用新型的弹性件亦可采用扭力弹簧,请参阅图4所示,该弹性件70具有一螺旋部71与二支臂72,该弹性件70是以其螺旋部71设于该偏摆架73枢设于该基座74处,且该二支臂72分别抵于该偏摆架73与该基座74,使得该偏摆架73偏摆时,即可受到该弹性件70的弹力作用,使得该偏摆架73的传动部75保持抵接于该驱动机构76的凸柱77。
另外,需要补充说明的是,本实用新型是于阻力部上设置有一磁铁组,而于阻力轮的周面设置有一金属片层,是利用磁力而产生阻尼,本实用新型亦可于阻力部上设置一来令片,是利用来令片与阻力轮的摩擦力而产生阻力,通过由本实用新型的调整阻尼装置,可调整阻力部与阻力轮的距离,而改变来令片与阻力轮的接触面积,同样具有调整阻力大小的功效。
Claims (4)
1.一种健身器材的阻尼调整装置,是装设于该健身器材的基座上,其特征在于,包含有:
一阻力轮,是枢设于该基座上,且可受使用者的运动带动而原地旋转;
一偏摆架,是枢设于该基座,具有一阻力部与一传动部,该偏摆架偏摆时,该阻力部是以靠近或是远离该阻力轮周缘的方式移动;
一驱动机构,设于该基座,具有一驱动源、一转盘,以及一凸柱;该转盘可受该驱动源的驱动而转动,而该凸柱是位于该转盘中心距离预定位置处,且位于该偏摆架的传动部预定侧边;以及
一弹性件,其弹力作用于该偏摆架,而使其获得扭力使得该偏摆架的传动部保持抵靠于该驱动机构的凸柱;通过此,当该凸柱受控位移时,即可改变该偏摆架的角度,亦即改变该阻力部与该阻力轮周缘的间距,而决定该阻力轮旋转时的阻力。
2.依据权利要求1所述的健身器材的调整阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述该阻力轮的外周面设有一金属片层,而该偏摆架的阻力部上设有一磁铁组。
3.依据权利要求1所述的健身器材的调整阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述该弹性件是为拉力弹簧,其顶端是连接于该偏摆架上方的基座,而底端是连接于该偏摆架。
4.依据权利要求1所述的健身器材的调整阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述该弹性件是为扭力弹簧,具有一螺旋部与二支臂,该弹性件是以其螺旋部设于该偏摆架枢设于该基座处,且该二支臂分别抵于该偏摆架与该基座。
