Abstract

一种摆杆式烫金机，是由机头、加热板、工作台、机架、机座等构成，其特征在于：机头的上部装有横向的摆轴，摆轴上装有摆杆，摆杆的另一端由滑杆与滑柱连接，滑柱的下端装有加热板，它克服了其它直压烫金机压力小，烫印效果差的缺点，适应多种行业烫印字及图案使用。

摆杆式烫金机
实用新型涉及机械烫印行业，具体的说是一种用于烫印字及图案的机械。
目前，社会上使用的烫金机有手动、气动等直接控制加热板，其缺点是，压力小，烫印效果差。
本实用新型的目的是，设计一种摆杆式大压力的烫印机械。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种摆杆式烫金机，是由机头、加热板、工作台、机架、机座等构成，其特征在于：机头的上部装有横向的摆轴，摆轴上装有摆杆，摆杆的另一端由一滑杆与滑柱连接，滑柱的下端装有加热板，加热板的下方装有工作台，工作台装在机座上，机头装在机架上，机架装在机座上，摆轴的一端装有手杆，摆杆与手杆成一定角度。
工作时，将工件放到工作台上固定，将加热板予热后，按动手杆通过摆轴带动摆杆转动，摆杆的下端拉动下方滑杆的上端向后移动，迫使滑杆的下端推动滑柱及加热板一同下滑，向下方的工作台靠近，接触工件进行烫印，完成一次烫印工作后抬起手杆，将滑柱及加热板拉起，摆杆的拉动下方滑杆的上端向前凸出。
由于采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种压力较大的烫金机械。
下面结合附图实施例进一步说明。

在图中，1机座、2工作台、3机架、4摆轴、5手杆、6摆杆、7滑杆、8滑柱、9机头、10加热板。
如图所示，机头9的上部装有横向的摆轴4，摆轴4上装有摆杆6，摆杆6的另一端由一滑杆7与滑柱8连接，滑柱8的下端装有加热板10，加热板10的下方装有工作台2，工作台2装在机座1上，机头9装在机架3上，机架3装在机座1上，摆轴4的一端装有手杆5，摆杆6与手杆5成一定角度。
工作时，将工件放到工作台2上固定，将加热板10予热后，按动手杆5通过摆轴4带动摆杆66转动，摆杆6的下端拉动下方滑杆7的上端向后移动，迫使滑杆7的下端推动滑柱8及加热板10一同下滑，向下方的工作台2靠近，接触工件进行烫印，完成一次烫印工作后抬起手杆5，将滑柱8及加热板10拉起，摆杆6的拉动下方滑杆7的上端向前凸出。

1、一种摆杆式烫金机，是由机头、加热板、工作台、机架、机座等构成，其特征在于：机头的上部装有横向的摆轴，摆轴上装有摆杆，摆杆的另一端由滑杆与滑柱连接，滑柱的下端装有加热板。
