背景技术
近年来流行小轮径自行车。因车轮直径小,导致车架以及各零部件均相应减小,以使整车更协调。由于自行车传动链条的节距是各国统一的,为半英寸。所以传动机构的链轮减小,使飞轮上的链轮可小至直径仅为22mm左右。链轮的直径小则曲率很大,而链条的节距不变为半英寸,即各连接节片的长度偏大,节距偏大的链条与曲率偏大的链轮相匹配,使传动很不顺畅。如骑行时有忽强忽弱的震动感或不连续感,即传动不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的是给出一种适应大曲率链轮的链条。
本实用新型所述的链条,至少由多个销轴连接多个内节片和外节片构成。各节片的两个销轴或销轴孔中心连线相对节片对称中心线偏移,即节片不以两个销轴的中心连线对称。
本实用新型所述的链条,由于与销轴不对称,链条与链轮啮合时,节片靠链轮一侧的材料宽度减小,即链条的各活动关节更贴近链轮,使链条的回转曲率增大,使传动的均匀性、连续性得以提高,同时节片的强度可经由对侧的宽度和板金本身的厚度加以递补。采用所述的链条较之传统链条,在相同链条节距的条件下,更适应与小节圆直径链轮的匹配。

具体实施方式
节片1的两个销轴2或销轴孔2a的中心连线A偏离节片的对称中心线。
销轴2或销轴孔2a处于节片的边缘轮廓内,也可以如图4所示,销轴2或销轴孔2a突出节片1的轮廓线,即节片1上的销轴孔2a是开口的。

1.一种链条,至少由多个销轴(2)连接多个内节片(1)和外节片(1a)构成,其特征在于,各节片的两个销轴(2)或销轴孔(2a)的中心连线相对节片的对称中心线偏移,即节片不以两销轴的中心连线对称。
2.根据权利要求1所述的链条,其特征在于销轴(2)或销轴孔(2a)处于节片的边缘轮廓内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的链条,其特征在于销轴(2)或销轴孔(2a)突出节片的轮廓线。
