背景技术
现有的用于收藏软管或缆线的卷管器中的锁定装置是采用棘轮式锁定装置。现有的卷管器棘轮式锁定装置存在着使用不便，使用中只能按周期性对软管或缆线进行锁定，不能对软管或缆线任意位置进行锁定；锁定操作不易掌握的不足之处。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有的卷管器棘轮式锁定装置存在的使用不便，使用中只能按周期性对软管或缆线进行锁定，不能对软管或缆线任意位置进行锁定，锁定操作不易掌握的不足之处，提供一种使用方便，锁定操作容易，在软管、缆线拉出或回缩时都能任意进行锁定的自动卷管器锁定装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是通过如下方式完成的：本实用新型自动卷管器锁定装置包括连接件转轴、壳体、沟槽圆柱凸轮总成。在连接件转轴上设有凸块，在壳体的内孔壁上设有凸头，其中，沟槽圆柱凸轮总成包括沟槽圆柱凸轮、弹簧、传动套，在传动套的内孔壁上设有与连接件转轴上的凸块相配合的凹槽，沟槽圆柱凸轮由凸轮主体和凸轮挡圈组成，在沟槽圆柱凸轮上设有弹簧固定孔和滑槽，在沟槽圆柱凸轮的外侧面上设有呈A形的沟槽，弹簧套在传动套上，弹簧和传动套通过凸轮主体和凸轮挡圈固定在沟槽圆柱凸轮的轴孔内，弹簧一端设在沟槽圆柱凸轮的弹簧固定孔内，弹簧另一端插在沟槽圆柱凸轮的滑槽内，沟槽圆柱凸轮总成装在壳体的内孔中，壳体内孔壁上的凸头与沟槽圆柱凸轮上的沟槽相配合，连接件转轴插入在传动套的内孔中，连接件转轴上的凸块与传动套内孔壁上的凹槽相配合。安装时，连接件转轴的另一端与自动卷管器上的卷管轮相接，壳体与自动卷管器上的轮盖相接。当拉出软管或缆线时，连接件转轴随自动卷管器上的卷管轮一起沿与弹簧相反的旋向旋转，壳体内孔壁上的凸头处于沟槽圆柱凸轮上沟槽的A点位置，此时，弹簧处于松开状态，连接件转轴带动传动套旋转，沟槽圆柱凸轮和弹簧处于相对静止状态。当停止拉动软管或缆线时，壳体内孔壁上的凸头处于沟槽圆柱凸轮上沟槽的B点位置，连接件转轴、沟槽圆柱凸轮、传动套、弹簧均处于相对静止状态，此时，软管或缆线不能够缩回，处与锁定状态。当再次拉动软管或缆线时，壳体内孔壁上的凸头处于沟槽圆柱凸轮上沟槽的C点位置，软管或缆线可以被拉出，此时状态与壳体内孔壁上的凸头处于沟槽圆柱凸轮上的沟槽的A点位置时相同。当再次停止拉动软管或缆线时，壳体内孔壁上的凸头处于沟槽圆柱凸轮上沟槽的D点位置，这时插在沟槽圆柱凸轮滑槽内的弹簧一端顶在壳体内孔壁上的凸头上，使弹簧松开，此时，传动套跟随连接件转轴旋转，软管或缆线可以回缩。
本实用新型与现有的卷管器棘轮式锁定装置相比，具有使用方便，锁定操作容易，在软管、缆线拉出或回缩时都能任意进行锁定的特点。本实用新型特别适合作为用于收藏软管或缆线的卷管器中的锁定装置。

参照附图1至图15，一种自动卷管器锁定装置，它包括连接件转轴1、壳体2、沟槽圆柱凸轮总成，在连接件转轴1上设有凸块，在壳体2的内孔壁上设有凸头7，其中，沟槽圆柱凸轮总成包括沟槽圆柱凸轮、弹簧4、传动套5，在传动套5的内孔壁上设有与连接件转轴1上的凸块相配合的凹槽11，在传动套5的外侧面上设有凸肩12，沟槽圆柱凸轮由凸轮主体3和凸轮挡圈6组成，在沟槽圆柱凸轮上设有弹簧固定孔9和滑槽10，在沟槽圆柱凸轮的外侧面上设有呈A形的沟槽8；弹簧4套在传动套5上，弹簧4和传动套5通过凸轮主体3和凸轮挡圈6固定在沟槽圆柱凸轮的轴孔内，其中，弹簧4一端设在沟槽圆柱凸轮的弹簧固定孔9内，弹簧4另一端插在沟槽圆柱凸轮的滑槽10内；沟槽圆柱凸轮总成装在壳体2的内孔中，壳体2内孔壁上的凸头7与沟槽圆柱凸轮上的沟槽8相配合；连接件转轴1插入在传动套5的内孔中，连接件转轴1上的凸块与传动套5内孔壁上的凹槽11相配合。安装时，连接件转轴1的另一端与自动卷管器上的卷管轮相接，壳体2与自动卷管器上的轮盖相接。

1、一种自动卷管器锁定装置，其特征在于它包括连接件转轴、壳体、沟槽圆柱凸轮总成，在壳体的内孔壁上设有凸头，沟槽圆柱凸轮总成包括沟槽圆柱凸轮、弹簧、传动套，沟槽圆柱凸轮由凸轮主体和凸轮挡圈组成，在沟槽圆柱凸轮上设有弹簧固定孔和滑槽，在沟槽圆柱凸轮的外侧面上设有沟槽，弹簧套在传动套上，弹簧和传动套通过凸轮主体和凸轮挡圈固定在沟槽圆柱凸轮的轴孔内，弹簧一端设在沟槽圆柱凸轮的弹簧固定孔内，弹簧另一端插在沟槽圆柱凸轮的滑槽内，沟槽圆柱凸轮总成装在壳体的内孔中，壳体内孔壁上的凸头与沟槽圆柱凸轮上的沟槽相配合，连接件转轴插入在传动套的内孔中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动卷管器锁定装置，其特征在于在沟槽圆柱凸轮的外侧面上的沟槽呈A形。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的自动卷管器锁定装置，其特征在于在连接件转轴上设有凸块，在传动套的内孔壁上设有与连接件转轴上的凸块相配合的凹槽，连接件转轴上的凸块与传动套内孔壁上的凹槽相配合。
