本实用新型涉及一种硅油橡胶扭振减振器,其特征在于:所述减振器包括橡胶扭振减振机构和硅油扭振减振机构两部分,所述橡胶扭振减振机构主要是由转接盘、皮带盘和安装在转接盘与皮带盘之间的橡胶圈构成,所述硅油扭振减振机构包括壳体、惯量环;所述硅油扭振减振机构通过所述壳体与所述皮带盘过盈配合,所述惯量环与所述壳体间隙配合,间隙中注有硅油。该硅油橡胶扭振减振器的减振扭角为0.1度,使发动机在各个转速工况下均能产生最优的扭振减振效果。

硅油橡胶扭振减振器
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种硅油橡胶扭振减振器。
背景技术:目前安装在发动机曲轴上的扭振减振器主要为橡胶扭振减振器和硅油扭振减振器。其作用是减少发动机振动和降低发动机噪声。但在某些发动机上装的橡胶扭振减振器或硅油扭振减振器不能满足发动机在整个转速范围内的减振和降低噪声。
发明内容:本实用新型为了解决现有扭振减振器不能消除发动机在某些转速下的振动和异响的不足的问题,提出一种硅油橡胶扭振减振器,其特征在于:所述减振器包括橡胶扭振减振机构和硅油扭振减振机构两部分,所述橡胶扭振减振机构主要是由转接盘、皮带盘和安装在转接盘与皮带盘之间的橡胶圈构成,所述硅油扭振减振机构包括壳体、惯量环;所述硅油扭振减振机构通过所述壳体与所述皮带盘过盈配合,所述惯量环与所述壳体间隙配合,间隙中注有硅油。该硅油橡胶扭振减振器的减振扭角为0.1度,使发动机在各个转速工况下均能产生最优的扭振减振效果。

具体实施方式:如图1所示,该硅油橡胶扭振减振器主要由橡胶扭振减振机构和硅油扭振减振机构组成,橡胶扭振减振机构包括转接盘2、皮带盘1及位于二者之间的橡胶圈7,硅油扭振减振机构主要由壳体4、惯量环5等构成,其中惯量环5与壳体4间隙配合,在间隙中充注有硅油,惯量环5的左右两侧设有同等数量的耐磨块3,每侧至少有三块、且左右交错等分放置;惯量环5的内侧还设有耐磨垫6。其中橡胶扭振减振机构和硅油扭振减振机构通过皮带盘1和壳体4过盈配合,再由骑缝螺钉8紧固。盖板9与壳体4铆接。该硅油橡胶扭振减振器的减振扭角为0.1度。

1、一种硅油橡胶扭振减振器,其特征在于:所述减振器包括橡胶扭振减振机构和硅油扭振减振机构两部分,所述橡胶扭振减振机构主要是由转接盘、皮带盘和安装在转接盘与皮带盘之间的橡胶圈构成;所述硅油扭振减振机构包括壳体、惯量环;所述硅油扭振减振机构通过所述壳体与所述皮带盘过盈配合,所述惯量环与所述壳体间隙配合,间隙中注有硅油。
2、如权利要求1所述的硅油橡胶扭振减振器,其特征在于:所述惯量环的左右两侧设有同等数量的耐磨块,每侧至少有三块、且左右交错等分放置。
3、如权利要求1所述的硅油橡胶扭振减振器,其特征在于:所述惯量环的内侧还设有耐磨垫。
