Abstract

一种太阳能热水器支架的新构造,支架特征是位于两侧的是左片架和右片架,左片架和右片架之间有若干条水平拉杆和一真空管托梁装配构成牢固的太阳能热水器支架。本实用新型适应工厂大批量生产,又便于包装运输,降低材料消耗,现场装配省力又省时,又能提高牢固度和抗风能力。

本实用新型涉及一种家用太阳能热水器支架的新构造
技术背景:
现有技术的家用太阳能热水器,不论采用玻璃真空管或是热管真空管,其支架形式大同小异,从结构上分类可有焊接式与现场并装式两类,由于焊接式的包装运输因体积大已很少采用,现今绝大多数均采用现场组装法,在支架的柱、腿、梁、拉杆、斜撑之间各接点处用螺栓母、自攻螺丝或铆钉等各种紧固件进行拼接,现场组装法的支架牢固性没有焊接法好,其抗风能力差,有使用的紧固件数量多,装配较费工等缺点,有必要进行改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的问题,在保持吸收两者的优点原则下,经研究设计成一种具有创造性的太阳能热水器支架的新构造,能兼顾到出厂的包装运输,又能使装成后的支架获得很好的牢固度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:太阳能热水器支架有左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]、左斜支撑[1-3]、左斜拉杆[1-4]、右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]、右斜支撑[2-3]、右斜拉杆[1-4]、水平拉杆[3]、真空管托梁[5]、左桶托[1-5]、右桶托[2-5]、底脚板[6],特征是左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]、左斜支撑[1-3]、左斜拉杆[1-4]构成为一体式的左片架[1],右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]、右斜支撑[1-3]、右斜拉杆[2-4]构成为一体式的右片架[2],位于两侧的是左片架[1]和右片架[2],在左片架[1]和右片架[2]间有若干条水平拉杆[3]和一真空管托梁[5]相装配,在右片架[1]、右片架[2]的顶部分别装配有左桶托[1-5]、右桶托[2-5],构成太阳能热水器支架。
本实用新型的改进完善方案是:若干条水平拉杆[3]可与固定在左、右片架[1]、[2]上的搭板[1-6]的凸端用螺栓连接固定,也可采用在水平拉杆[3]中加穿芯拉条[3-1]的形式,使穿芯拉条[3-1]的两端头穿入左片架[1]、右片架[2]对应的孔中后套上螺母拧紧即可达到牢固的固定。位于左片架[1]和右片架[2]顶部的左桶托[1-5]、右桶托[2-5]与左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]和右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]上端的连接可工厂焊接固定成一体,也可采用螺栓现场定位固定。在水平拉杆[3]与左立柱[1-1]之间可设有左斜撑杆[4],在水平拉杆[3]与右立柱[2-1]之间可设有右斜撑杆[7],左斜撑杆[4]和右斜撑杆[7]的下端的连接点紧靠在下部水平拉杆[3]与左立柱[1-1]和右立柱[2-1]连接点的上方。
本实用新型的优点是:既能适应工厂大批量生产,又使现场装配省力省时,产品包装运输无困难,又减少料耗和紧固件的用量,支架整体重量减轻10~15%,又大大提高太阳能热水器的整体牢固度,增强其抗风能力。

具体实施方式:
附图1公开了本实用新型实施方案1的示意图,图中左片架[1]的左立柱[1-1]与左斜支撑[1-1];左斜腿[1-2]与左斜支撑[1-3]和左斜拉杆[1-4];左斜支撑[1-3]与左斜拉杆[1-4]之间的四个连接处都是采用焊接结构固定为一体。同样,右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]、右斜支撑[2-3]与右斜拉杆[2-4]之间的四连接处都采用焊接结构固定为一右片架[2]。在左片架[1]和右片架[2]上与水平拉杆[3]的连接位置上都设有T形搭板[1-6],图中表示为螺栓连接,实际也可采用焊接形式,四个水平拉条[3]的端头插入T形搭板[1-6]的凸端中间,孔中穿入螺栓固定。后上方的水平拉条[3]中部连接有左、右两条斜撑杆[4]、[7],左斜撑杆[4]和右斜撑杆[7]的下端的连接点紧靠在下部水平拉杆[3]与左立柱[1-1]和右立柱[2-1]连接点的上方,各接点同样配有相应的搭板[1-6]连接。下部有真空管托梁[5],其端头板上各有二个孔,与左、右片架[1]、[2]的前下端的左斜腿[1-2]和右斜腿[2-2]下部对应的孔相吻合,采用螺栓固定,左、右片架[1]、[2]的上端的左桶托[1-5]和右桶托[2-5]均是采用四个螺栓固定的。左、右片架[1]、[2]的底面上各装有两个底脚板[6]。
实施方案2(图2),同样有采用焊接组合为一体的左片架[1]和右片架[2],其上端的左桶托[1-5]已与左立柱[1-1]和左斜腿[1-2]的上端焊接成为一体,右桶托[2-5]与右立柱[2-1]和右斜腿[2-2]的上端焊接成一体,左片架[1]和右片架[2]的底端各装有二个底脚板[6]。在左片架[1]和右片架[2]之间有三个水平拉杆[3]和一个真空管托梁[5],在左片架[1]和右片架[2]与水平拉杆[3]的连接处各有一个水平孔,在各水平拉杆[3]的中心都装有穿芯拉条[3-1],各穿芯拉条[3-1]的两端头插入左片架[1]和右片架[2]的相对应的水平孔中,各端头套上螺母拧紧便可达到各接点的牢固固定。在后上方的水平拉杆[3]上固定有向下的左右两条斜撑杆[4]、[7],左斜撑杆[4]和右斜撑杆[7]的下端与左、右片架[1]、[2]上的搭板[1-6]凸端用螺栓固定,其连接点同样位于下部水平拉杆[3]与左、右立柱[1-1]、[2-1]的连接点上方紧靠一起。下方的真空管托梁[5]的两端板各有两孔与左斜腿[1-2]和右斜腿[2-2]下端的两水平孔相对应,穿入螺栓固定,比较容易的组装成太阳能热水器支架。

1、一种太阳能热水器支架,有左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]、左斜支撑[1-3]、左斜拉杆[1-4]、右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]、右斜支撑[2-3]、右斜拉杆[1-4]、水平拉杆[3]、真空管托梁[5]、底脚板[6],其特征是左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]、左斜支撑[1-3]、左斜拉杆[1-4]构成为一体式的左片架[1],右立柱[2-1]、右斜腿[2-2]、右斜支撑[1-3]、右斜拉杆[2-4]构成为一体式的右片架[2],在左片架[1]和右片架[2]间有若干条水平拉杆[3]和一真空管托梁[5]相装配,在左片架[1],右片架[2]的顶部分别装配有左桶托[1-5],右桶托[2-5],构成太阳能热水器支架。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器支架,其特征是所述的若干条水平拉杆[3]可与固定在左、右片架[1]、[2]上的搭板[1-6]的凸端用螺栓连接固定,也可采用在水平拉杆[3]中加穿芯拉条[3-1]的形式,使穿芯拉条[3-1]的两端头穿入左片架[1]、右片架[2]对应的孔中后套上螺母拧紧即可达到牢固的固定。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器支架,其特征是位于左片架[1]和右片架[2]顶部的左桶托[1-5]、右桶托[2-5]与左立柱[1-1]、左斜腿[1-2]和右立柱[2-1]和右斜腿[2-2]上端的连接可在工厂焊接固定成一体,也可采用螺栓现场定位固定。
4、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器支架,其特征是在水平拉杆[3]与左立柱[1-1]之间可设有左斜撑杆[4],在水平拉杆[3]与右立柱[2-1]之间可设有右斜撑杆[7],左斜撑杆[4]和右斜撑杆[7]的下端的连接点紧靠在下部水平拉杆[3]与左立柱[1-1]和右立柱[2-1]连接点的上方。
