技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种人畜粪便及垃圾腐腐烂物厌氧发酵装置,特别是涉及一种能高效产生沼气的沼气发生器。
背景技术:
目前,国内使用家用沼气装置,是一项成熟的新能源开发技术,对于改善农村农民的生活环境,促进畜牧业养殖的综合利用有着重要的作用,现使用沼气池的多数是由水泥砌成,建造工期长,功能单一,产生气慢,生产气量低,沼气池投入使用一旦漏气,无法维修,可能造成报废等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中的不足,提供一种生产、安装时间短、维修方便、可自动排渣、产气率高、沼气压力稳定、使用寿命长的沼气发生器。
发明内容:
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。
自排渣式沼气发生器,它由罐体上盖4和罐体下盖6对接组成圆形罐体,在罐体上盖装有进料管1和自排渣管5,有进料管的末端口处装有曲布流挡扳2,在罐体上盖的顶部设有输气孔8,在罐体上盖内圆顶部的输气孔下面装有破壳器3。所述破壳器3是空心圆锥形体,在锥形体壁上钻无数个孔。所述自排渣管5安装角度与罐体横轴线成30-60度。
综上所述,本实用新型的优点是:在同等容积的沼气池,该发明的沼气池的产气速度快、产气率大,生产、安装时间短、,维修方便,可自动排渣、沼气压力稳定、使用寿命长。

在图1、图2、图3、图4中,自排渣式沼气发生器是由罐体上盖4和罐体下盖6对接而成的圆球形密封容器,即沼气发生器,该沼气发生器罐体上盖4装有进料管1和自排渣管5,在进料管的下料末端口处装有曲布流挡板2,曲布流挡板为70-90度,角度外对着进料管的下料末端口处装,自排渣管5安装角度与罐体横轴线成30-60度,在罐体上盖4的顶部设有输气孔8,在罐体上盖内圆顶部的输气孔下面装有破壳器3,破壳器3是空心圆锥形体,在锥形体壁上钻无数个孔。

1.自排渣式沼气发生器,其特征在于:它由圆形罐体上盖(4)和罐体下盖(6)对接组成圆形罐体,在罐体上盖装有进料管(1)和自排渣管(5),在进料管的末端口处装有曲布流挡扳(2),在罐体上盖的顶部设有输气孔(8),在罐体上盖内圆顶部的输气孔下面装有破壳器(3)。
