Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于收割机的履带装置，它的主驱动轮的纵剖面为正八方形，在其每个角上皆横向安装有驱动板，履带板的纵剖面为梯形，当主驱动轮行走时，相邻的两个履带板在折合时刚好夹住一块驱动板，为了保证维修简便，履带板及主驱动轮由锰钢制成。机架采用主、副两个机架的结构，两者通过螺栓进行距离调节，用于调节履带的松紧。本实用新型公开的用于收割机的履带装置结构简单、造价低、便于维修。

背景技术
根据丘陵田间的实际情况，水稻收割机采用行走履带最为适合，其在干、软田皆能自如行走。但目前的水稻收割机皆采用橡胶履带，它的缺点是维修困难、不适合走有锋利物体的地面、造价高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于收割机的履带装置，它具有结构简单、坚固耐用、便于维修的特点。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下途径实现的：用于收割机的履带装置，它包括履带板、主驱动轮、被动轮、机架，主驱动轮的纵剖面为正八方形，在其每个角上皆横向安装有驱动板，履带板的纵剖面为梯形，相邻的两个履带板之间在折合时刚好夹住一块驱动板，履带板及主驱动轮由锰钢制成。机架采用主、副两个机架的结构，两者通过螺栓进行距离调节。
本实用新型公开的用于收割机的履带装置结构简单、造价低、便于维修。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及用于收割机的履带装置，它的主驱动轮2的纵剖面为正八方形，在其每个角上皆横向安装有驱动板5，履带板1的纵剖面为梯形，当主驱动轮2行走时，附着主驱动轮2上相邻的两个履带板1在折合时刚好夹住主驱动轮2上的上块驱动板5，从而带动履带转动。为了保证维修简便，履带板1及主驱动轮2由锰钢制成。机架4采用主、副两个机架的结构，两者通过螺栓6进行距离调节，用于调节履带的松紧。

1.一种用于收割机的履带装置，它包括履带板(1)、主驱动轮(2)、被动轮(3)、机架(4)，其特征在于：主驱动轮(2)的纵剖面为正八方形，在其每个角上皆横向安装有驱动板(5)，履带板(1)的纵剖面为梯形，相邻的两个履带板(1)之间在折合时刚好夹住一块驱动板(5)，履带板(1)及主驱动轮(2)由锰钢制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于收割机的履带装置，其特征在于：机架(4)采用主、副两个机架的结构，两者通过螺栓(6)进行距离调节。
