Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种汽车轮毂，包括车毂体和气门嘴，车毂体的侧壁上凸设有中空的气门嘴柱，该气门嘴柱的中空腔体穿透车毂体的侧壁，其内腔壁上设有螺纹，气门嘴管壁上设有螺纹，气门嘴管壁套上一密封圈后穿入气门嘴柱的内腔并与其螺接固定在一起。由于本实用新型汽车轮毂的气门嘴未采用橡胶套，因此避免了由此带来的易老化漏气、气门嘴需定期更换等问题，非常方便。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及到一种汽车轮毂。
背景技术  汽车轮毂上设有气门嘴，用于对汽车轮胎充气。现有汽车轮毂的气门嘴包括铜芯和其管壁外侧包裹的橡胶套，它直接穿套固定在轮毂侧壁开设的孔内。由于橡胶易老化，时间久了，车胎就容易漏气，这样就需定期更换气门嘴，非常不便。
发明内容  本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出气门嘴一种不会老化漏气、无需定期更换的汽车车毂。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型汽车车毂包括车毂体和气门嘴，所述车毂体的侧壁上凸设有中空的气门嘴柱，该气门嘴柱的中空腔体穿透所述车毂体的侧壁，其内腔壁上设有螺纹，所述气门嘴管壁上设有螺纹，所述气门嘴管壁套上一密封圈后穿入所述气门嘴柱的内腔并与其螺接固定在一起。
由于采用了上述技术结构，气门嘴的管壁外侧不再套设橡胶套，而将其直接螺接固定在轮毂侧壁上凸设的气门嘴柱上并用密封圈密封，因此避免了因采用橡胶套而带来的易老化漏气、气门嘴需定期更换等问题，非常方便。

具体实施方式  如图所示，汽车车毂包括车毂体1和气门嘴2，气门嘴2为铜嘴，它包括气门嘴管壁3和气门嘴帽4。车毂体1的侧壁上凸设有中空的气门嘴柱5，气门嘴柱5的中空腔体穿透车毂体1的侧壁，其内腔壁上设有螺纹，气门嘴2的管壁3上设有螺纹，气门嘴管壁3上套有一密封圈6后穿入气门嘴柱5的内腔并与其螺接固定在一起。

1、汽车轮毂，包括车毂体和气门嘴，其特征在于，所述车毂体的侧壁上凸设有中空的气门嘴柱，该气门嘴柱的中空腔体穿透所述车毂体的侧壁，其内腔壁上设有螺纹，所述气门嘴管壁上设有螺纹，所述气门嘴管壁套上一密封圈后穿入所述气门嘴柱的内腔并与其螺接固定在一起。
