本实用新型公开了一种带有断续副齿的无缝内螺纹传热管,它包括有无缝铜管,在铜管内表面上均布有螺纹主齿,主齿的横截面为三角形,两条主齿底面与齿尖平面的横截面如倒置的梯形,其特征在于:在各相邻的主齿底面中间加工有与主齿螺纹平行而高度较低的断续副齿。该断续副齿设在两主齿底部中间,具有在主齿底二次扰流的作用,且副齿断续更有利于制冷剂的蒸发或冷凝,同时能有效地将应力分散,从而大大提高管材加工使用性能,能有效地减少冷凝器和蒸发器的胀扩管加工过程中扩口裂的几率,进而减少内漏现象的发生,提高成品率,对于制造两器的厂家来说可以不改变胀扩模具尺寸就得到比原来传热元件更高换热效果的换热器。

技术领域:
本实用新型带有断续副齿的无缝内螺纹传热管,特别适用于空调、制冷行业的空调器、冷凝器上的热交换使用。
背景技术:
传热管的热交换工作原理是:由于管内的制冷剂液体不断地和周围环境进行热交换,从而汽化或冷凝,达到制冷或制热的目的。换热量Q=KFΔT(Q为传热量,K为总传热系数,F为传热面积,ΔT为传热对数温差)。计算公式显示,换热量主要受制于材质特性、管内结构形式以及内表面积。当传热管材质特性一定,传热系数不变时,关键在于内表面积加大,并符合流体力学中减少层流、增加紊流、增加蒸发汽化核心的结构形式,现有的内螺纹管在上述方面表面的尚未完好。同时由于无缝内螺纹管的加工方式特性,必然在内螺纹齿根部形成应力集中,在后续弯胀过程中易释放应力而出现开裂。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是采用改变传热管的内螺纹结构,以合理的流体传导与型面,获取高效率热交换效果的带有断续副齿的无缝内螺纹传热管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,它包括有无缝铜管,在铜管内表面上均布有螺纹主齿,主齿的横截面近似于三角形或梯形,两条主齿底面与齿尖平面的横截面如倒置的梯形,其特征在于:在各相邻的主齿底面中间加工有与主齿螺纹平行而高度较低的断续副齿。各副齿的断续距离与连续距离相等或不等。该断续副齿设在两主齿底部中间,具有在主齿底二次扰流的作用,且副齿断续更有利于制冷剂的蒸发或冷凝,同时能有效地将应力分散,从而大大提高管材加工使用性能,能有效地减少冷凝器和蒸发器的胀扩管加工过程中扩口裂的几率,进而减少内漏现象的发生,提高成品率,对于制造两器的厂家来说可以不改变胀扩模具尺寸就得到比原来传热元件更高换热效果的换热器。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型是在无缝内螺纹传热管内表面加工出多条横截面近似于三角形的主齿1,主齿1高度Hz为0.1-0.3毫米,同时在两条主齿底中间加工有断续的副齿2,副齿的螺旋线与主齿平行,副齿2的高度Hf为0.03-0.1毫米。主副齿的螺纹线与母管轴线方向的夹角β为0-60°。各副齿的断续距离与连续距离相等或不相等均可。

1、带有断续副齿的无缝内螺纹传热管,它包括有无缝铜管,在铜管内表面上均布有螺纹主齿,主齿的横截面为三角形,两条主齿底面与齿尖平面的横截面如倒置的梯形,其特征在于:在各相邻的主齿底面中间加工有与主齿螺纹平行而高度较低的断续副齿。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有断续副齿的无缝内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:各副齿的断续距离与连续距离相等或不相等均可。
