刮(吸)泥机作为一种污水处理设备,早已被广泛地应用于沉淀池的污泥排除,因此,刮(吸)泥机是一种典型的排泥机械。传统刮(吸)泥机的主梁主要有型钢梁、箱式梁、桁架梁等结构形式。型钢梁用于荷载较小的场合,适用范围受局限。箱式梁、桁架梁制造复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适用范围广泛、制造简单、成本低、安装方便的刮(吸)泥机的主梁结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:刮(吸)泥机的主梁由同一规格的螺旋电焊钢管组成,梁根据长度的不同分为不同的段数,各段间采用法兰联接,组装各段管式梁采用螺栓、螺母、平垫、弹簧垫圈联接。驱动装置固定在主梁的一端,与主梁采用螺栓联接,撇渣装置、稳流筒安装在主梁上,螺栓联接。浮渣漏斗安装在沉淀池上。管式梁结构中栏杆也分为多段,栏杆与梁采用承插式联接,无须焊接,且便于运输。中心支座与中心回转轴承联接。主梁联接法兰与螺旋电焊钢管焊接时,考虑主梁的予起拱,现场安装时,才可保证主梁的起拱高度能补偿主梁下沉挠度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:适用范围广泛、制造简单、成本低、安装方便有利于防腐,抗扭性好。

具体实施方式
管式梁结构如图1,栏杆(1)与梁采用承插式联接,无须焊接,且便于运输。中心支座(2)与中心回转轴承联接,联接法兰(3)与管式梁(4)焊接时,考虑主梁的予起拱,现场安装时,才可保证主梁的起拱高度能补偿主梁下沉挠度。刮(吸)泥机行走装置(5)与管式梁(4)采用螺栓联接,带动刮(吸)泥机沿中心旋转或直线行走。分段管式梁由钢管、法兰组成,钢管与法兰采用连续焊接,焊接时考虑主梁的予起拱,保证主梁的起拱高度能补偿主梁下沉挠度。组装各段管式梁采用螺栓、螺母、平垫、弹簧垫圈联接。

1.一种刮(吸)泥机管式主梁结构,其特征是主梁由同一规格的钢管组成,钢管的两端焊接有法兰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮(吸)泥机管式主梁结构,其特征是各段间的法兰通过螺栓、螺母、平垫、弹簧垫圈联接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刮(吸)泥机管式主梁结构,其特征是其栏杆与梁采用承插式联接。
