Description

复合式换热管与其管板的耐蚀结构
技术领域    本实用新型涉及一种复合管式热交换器的复合式换热管与其管板的防腐蚀结构,特别是涉及一种复合管换热器管板端面与复合式换热管端部的防腐结构。
技术背景    在石油化工、电力等行业的换热器中,若管程介质腐蚀性较强,常采用钛管、超级双相不锈钢管、哈氏合金管等耐蚀管作为换热管来解决抗蚀性问题。一般情况下,管子采用耐蚀管,管板则采用碳钢或不锈钢。由于碳钢或不锈钢耐蚀性能比管子差的多,故须对管板端面进行刷镀有机防腐涂料层、喷镀耐蚀金属材料层等防腐处理。但对于复合管式热交换器,以上方法均不能完全解决管板端面与复合式换热管端部的防腐问题。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的复合式换热管与其管板的耐蚀结构,该结构能够彻底解决复合管式换热器管板端面与复合式换热管端部的腐蚀问题。本实用新型的目的可以通过以下结构来实现:这种复合式换热管与其管板的耐蚀结构,复合式换热管与其管板构成组焊结构,其特征在于:管板端面及高出管板端面的复合式换热管基强管外表面设有防腐蚀金属喷涂层,复合式换热管基强管顶端面与内衬薄壁耐蚀管外翻边之间填充密封保护耐蚀剂。防腐蚀金属喷涂层根据腐蚀介质的不同可以选择铝喷涂层、铜喷涂层或者铌喷涂层等,而密封保护耐蚀剂则可以选用如英国生产的牌号为Chemi-Tech UC的常温即可固化且固化过程不收缩的高性能防腐材料。本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1.实现对复合式换热管端面彻底的保护,避免了腐蚀介质对该部位的腐蚀可能性。
2.结构简单,成本较低,防护效果好。
3.管板以及高出管板端面的复合式换热管基强管外表面的喷涂耐蚀金属层使得换热器管板整体防腐性能得到了提高。

具体实施方式    下面结合图1对复合式换热管与其管板的耐蚀结构做进一步的说明:复合式换热管基强管6与其管板5构成组焊结构,管板端面及高出管板端面的复合式换热管基强管外表面设有防腐蚀金属喷涂层4,该金属喷涂层同时覆盖着基强管与管板之间的焊缝3,复合式换热管基强管顶端面与内衬薄壁耐蚀管1外翻边之间填充密封保护耐蚀剂2。

1.一种复合式换热管与其管板的耐蚀结构,复合式换热管与其管板构成组焊结构,其特征在于:管板端面及高出管板端面的复合式换热管基强管外表面设有防腐蚀金属喷涂层,复合式换热管基强管顶端面与内衬薄壁耐蚀管外翻边之间填充密封保护耐蚀剂。
