一种用于稻谷脱壳的四辊砻谷机，由储料斗、进料闸板、吸风管调节板、吸风管、分离箱、电动机、进风网、机座、脱壳装置和缓冲装置组成，脱壳装置由上、下两对胶辊组成，缓冲装置由上、下两条断面为半圆形或弧形或U形槽组成，稻谷经上一对胶辊脱壳，脱壳率约为85％，再经下一对胶辊脱壳，脱壳率约为99％，符合质量要求，缓冲装置为槽形，砻谷一开始，很快便盛满糙米，继续高速下来的糙米撞在槽内可移位的糙米上比撞在橡胶平板飞溅程度减轻，其特点：一是本机脱壳率比现有两辊砻谷机提高了15％，达到99％；二是本机相当于两台两辊砻谷机连续作业功能，而整机重量和造价却比两台两辊砻谷机降低了40％，制造和使用成本低。

本实用新型涉及稻谷砻谷机新品种。
已有用于稻谷脱壳的砻谷机为两辊砻谷机，这种砻谷机存在下列弊端：脱壳率偏低，仅为85％左右，若要提高其脱壳率，就要将两辊间隙调小，结果，则碎米率提高了，为了提高其脱谷率，降低碎米率，有些用户采用2台砻谷机进行流水作业，即从第一台砻谷机出来的约含稻谷15％的糙米再进入第2台砻谷机脱壳，出来的糙米的质量才符合要求，但使用成本却提高了，此外，设在两辊正下方的缓冲板为橡胶平板，糙米撞在平板上飞溅严重，也增加了碎米量。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种脱壳率高、碎米少和使用成本低的四辊砻谷机。
本实用新型是采用上、下两对胶辊即四辊砻谷装置和半圆形或弧形或U形缓冲槽的方式来达到目的的，经上一对胶辊脱壳约含15％稻谷的糙米，再进入下一对胶辊脱谷，脱谷率则达到99％左右，砻谷一开始，缓冲槽很快便装满了含稻谷的糙米，继续下来的高速飞溅的糙米撞向缓冲槽内可移位的糙米速度马上降低下来，使糙米不破碎。
本实用新型的特点：一是本机脱壳率比两辊砻谷机提高了15％左右，达到99％，符合质量要求；二是本机相当于两台两辊砻谷机连续作业功能，而整机重量和造价却比两台两辊砻谷机降低了40％，制造和使用成本低。

  1. 一种用于稻谷脱壳的四辊砻谷机，由储料斗(1)、进料闸板(2)、吸风管调节板(4)、吸风管(5)、分离箱(7)、电动机(8)、进风网(12)、机座(6)、脱壳装置和缓冲装置组成，其特征在于该机脱壳装置由上、下两对胶辊组成，上一对胶辊由慢速胶辊(3)和快速胶辊(14)组成，安在机座(6)上部，下一对胶辊由慢速胶辊(11)和快速胶辊(10)组成，安在机座(6)中部，上一对胶辊正下方，缓冲装置由缓冲槽(13)和缓冲槽(9)组成，缓冲槽(13)安在机座(6)上上一对胶辊正下方，缓冲槽(9)安在机座(6)上下一对胶辊正下方，缓冲槽断面为半圆形或弧形或U形。
