本实用新型涉及一种汽车的示廓灯,属汽车装备领域。
背景技术
目前,大型汽车使用的示离灯,包括前方示廓灯和后方示廓灯,一般都是使用一个白炽灯,经透镜投射到外面,这种转向灯的缺点是,耗电大,而且光亮度低,特别是不能承受大的震动,容易损坏。
发明内容
为了解决前述汽车示廓灯存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种超高亮度发光二极管LED固体光源的汽车前、后示廓灯,该示廓灯结构包括灯座底盖和灯罩,在透镜内安装有电路板,电路板上装有立式超高亮度发光二极管固体光源LED,并用若干个该发光二极管有序排列成阵列,构成一个示廓灯,这种汽车转向灯的优点是,耗电很小,光亮度高,特别是不怕震动,寿命比白炽灯长许多倍。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2、3、所示,在透镜1的里面,装有电路板6,电路板6上装有超高亮度发光二极管3,电路板6的里面用底盖2盖封,在底盖外面固定有安装螺钉7,图中可见局部剖视图中有四个发光二极管排列着,如用十几个超高亮度发光二极管,其光亮度就可大大超过一个普通的白炽灯的亮度,而且其功耗却远小于一个白炽灯的功耗。

1,一种汽车前、后示廓灯,包括灯座底盖和灯罩,其特征在于:在透镜内安装有电路板,电路板上装有立式超高亮度发光二极管固体光源LED,并用若干个该发光二极管有序排列成阵列,构成一个示廓灯。
