本实用新型涉及一种汽车的制动灯,属汽车装备领域。
背景技术
目前,大型汽车使用的制动灯,一般都是使用一个白炽灯,经透镜投射到外面,这种制动灯的缺点是,耗电大,而且光亮度低,特别是不能承受大的震动,容易损坏。
发明内容
为了解决前述汽车制动灯存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种全集光超高光效LED固体光源的汽车制动灯,该制动灯结构包括灯座底盖和灯罩,在透镜内安装有电路板,电路板上装有全集光超高光效超LED固体光源,并用若干个该固体光源有序排列成阵列,构成一个制动灯,该全集光超高光效LED固体光源是在一个发光二极管LED的芯片上,装有一小型反光碗,再把该反光碗置于一抛物面反射体的焦点,用环氧树脂浇铸后制成一个全集光超高光效LED固体光源,这种光源具有光的二次反射,因而光亮度特强,这种汽车制动灯的优点是,耗电很小,光亮度高,特别是不怕震动,寿命比白炽灯长许多倍。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2、3、所示,在透镜1的里面,装有电路板6,电路板6上装有全集光超高光效固体光源5,电路板6的里面用底盖2盖封,在底盖2外面固定有安装螺钉7,附图4中发光二极管LED3置于抛物面反射体8的焦点处,发光二极管3是通M形支架7引出其电极的,图中可见局部剖视图中有二个全集光超高光效固休光源5排列着,如用十几个超高亮度发光二极管,其光亮度就可大大超过一个普通的白炽灯的亮度,而且其功耗却小于一个白炽灯的功耗。

1,一种汽车制动灯,包括灯座底盖和灯罩,其特征在于:在透镜内安装有电路板,电路板上装有全集光超高光效固体光源LED,并用若干个该固体光源LED有序排列成阵列,构成一个制动灯。
2,按权利要求1所述的汽车制动灯,其特征在于:所述全集光超高光效固体光源LED,是在一个发光二极管LED的芯片上,装有一小型反光碗,再把该反光碗置于一抛物面反射体的焦点,用环氧树脂浇铸后制成一个全集光超高光效固体光源LED。
