Abstract

高密度聚乙烯管缩径变形装置是由各组滚轮和压U轮对高密度聚乙烯管挤压变形，最终达到一定缩径量的装置。主要包括：六组滚轮、一级压U轮、二级压U轮、机架、底座、压U轮操纵杆等，各组滚轮都通过滚动轴承、轴与机架连成一个整体，底轮固定，侧轮可调，压U轮各自通过轮架与机架相连并可通过操纵杆调节其高度，机架与底座固定在一起，整个装置体积小、重量轻、占地少、使用方便、质量可靠，非常适合于修复施工现场使用。

高密度聚乙烯缩径变形装置
一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及管道修复技术，尤其是高密度聚乙烯缩径变形装置。
二、背景技术：原有方法是通过多级滚轮先将高密度聚乙烯管压成扁平，然后再压成U形，使其减少直径，从而达到缩径的目的。该法由于设备较长，压平与压U衔接不好，易于跑偏等原因，给现场施工带来诸多不便。
三、发明内容：本使用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由六组滚轮、一级压U轮、二级压U轮和机架底座组成的。六组滚轮各自通过滚动轴承、轴与机架相连，其中底轮为固定不可调，两侧轮为可调；一级压U轮和二级压U轮各自通过轮架与机架相连，又分别与操纵杆连接，它们都可通过操纵杆调节其高度，机架和底座固定在一起。工作时先根据高密度聚乙烯管需变形的程度，将六组侧轮依次做相应的调整，然后将一级压U轮、二级压U轮提起，放入高密度聚乙烯管，将一级压U轮、二级压U轮压下，便可开始压U变形。
由于采用上述方案，减少了变形设备的体积和重量，改善了变形工艺，简化了变形操作程序，方便了现场施工。

五、具体实施方式：在附图中，六组滚轮即底轮1与侧轮2通过滚动轴承、轴与机架6连为一体，底轮1为固定不可调；每组滚轮有二个侧轮2，侧轮2为可调；一级压U轮5、二级压U轮3各自通过轮架与机架6相连，各级压U轮分别与操纵杆连接，并都可以通过操纵杆4调节其高度，机架6与底座7固定在一起。

1、高密度聚乙烯缩径变形装置由底轮(1)侧轮(2)、二级压U轮(3)、操纵杆(4)、一级压U轮(5)、机架(6)、底座(7)连接而成，其特征是：底轮(1)、侧轮(2)通过滚动轴承、轴与机架(6)连接在一起，一级压U轮(5)、二级压U轮(3)通过轮架与机架(6)连在一起，且一级压U轮(5)和二级压U轮(3)分别与操纵杆(4)相连。机架(6)与底座(7)固定在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高密度聚乙烯缩径变形装置，其特征是：每组滚轮包括一个底轮(1)和两个侧轮(2)，底轮(1)为固定不可调，侧轮(2)为可调。
