技术领域:本实用新型涉及地震勘探爆破器材领域。
背景技术:目前,现有技术中已公开了一种“高能乳化炸药震源药柱”的专利技术,专利号为002293234,其高能乳化炸药震源药柱的末端为向外凸起的半球形,其不足之处在于爆轰波定向不够集中。
实用新型内容:本实用新型的目的就是针对高能乳化炸药震源药柱上述之不足而提供一种聚能震源药柱,它具有装填密度大,爆速高,爆炸能量能更加有效的定向集中下传,提高反射波的强度,并最大限度地减轻了爆炸产生的面波强度等特性。一种聚能震源药柱,由壳体1、雷管座3和工业炸药4组成,其特征在于它还有聚能空穴2,聚能空穴2为半球形、抛物线形、双曲线形或锥形,壳体1为管状,聚能空穴2采用螺纹或粘合的方式密封连接在壳体1的末端,聚能空穴2也可以与壳体1是一体的,聚能空穴2的凸起部分朝向壳体1内。在壳体1中部还可以安放有1-5聚能空穴2而成为复式聚能震源药柱,在壳体1中部安放的聚能空穴2与壳体1末端的聚能空穴2的凸起部分朝向一致。本实用新型的优点在于:由于聚能空穴2使高能乳化炸药震源药柱的末端向内凹进,它具有爆速高,爆炸能量能更加有效的定向集中下传,提高反射波的强度,并最大限度地减轻了爆炸产生的面波强度等特性。

具体实施方式:材料选用聚乙稀或其它塑料,聚能空穴为锥形,按照本实用新型附图采用吹塑工艺或注塑工艺将壳体1和聚能空穴2分别加工出来,采用密封粘合方法将聚能空穴2连接在壳体1末端,然后装上炸药和雷管座即可。如果是复式聚能震源药柱,可在壳体1末端密封粘接一个聚能空穴2,装上炸药,再用螺纹、粘合或填放的方式安放第二个聚能空穴2,且在炸药和第二个聚能空穴2之间留有空隙,以此类推,在最后一个聚能空穴2上装上炸药和雷管座即可。使用方法同现有的高能乳化炸药震源药柱一样。

1、一种聚能震源药柱,由壳体1、雷管座3和工业炸药4组成,其特征在于它还有聚能空穴2,聚能空穴2为半球形、抛物线形、双曲线形或锥形,壳体1为管状,聚能空穴2采用螺纹或粘合的方式密封连接在壳体1的末端,聚能空穴2也可以与壳体1是一体的,聚能空穴2的凸起部分朝向壳体1内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的聚能震源药柱,其特征在于在壳体1中部还可以安放有1-5聚能空穴2而成为复式聚能震源药柱,在壳体1中部安放的1--5聚能空穴2与壳体1末端的聚能空穴2的凸起部分朝向一致。
