Abstract
一种微型车焊接后轴总成，包括后轴管及其两端的后轮毂轴和后轴凸缘，在后轴管上还固接有后拖曳臂支座、后螺旋弹簧座、后减振器座、ABS线束支架、制动油管支架、加强衬管和后横撑杆支撑销。本实用新型采用冲压件和管材焊接而成，质量轻、强度高。由于后轴管上集成了与车身连接的相应机构的诸多附件，使后悬架、后制动系总成可直接安装在后轴上，简化了整车底盘后半部的装配工艺，装配效率高，也提高了整车可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车后轴，具体地说是一种微型车的后轴总成。
背景技术
微型车后轴及其两端的车轮是通过后螺旋弹簧、后减振器、后拖曳臂、后横撑杆与车身相连。此外后轴上还安装有后制动系总成。后螺旋弹簧和后减振器起支撑整车和缓冲不平路面的冲击的作用。后拖曳臂将轮胎与地面间的作用力传递给车身。后横撑杆保证整车的横向稳定。现有技术中，这些机构与后轴总成都是分离的，它们都是通过支座、支架等附件在装配过程中才连为一体的，这样装配复杂，效率低，整车可靠性也经常受到人为因素的影响而下降。
发明内容
微型车后轴主要包括后轴管及其两端的后轮毂轴和后轴凸缘。本实用新型在后轴管上集成了车身连接的相应机构所需的支座、支架等附件，具体地说就是将后螺旋弹簧座、后减振器座、后拖曳臂支座、ABS线束支架、制动油管支架、后横撑杆销等固接在后轴管的相应位置上，并在后轴管内设置有加强衬管(9)，使之形成一体。
本后轴总成采用冲压体和管材焊接而成，质量轻、强度高。在后轴管上，根据各部位的受力情况，对薄弱部位设置加强衬管，确保后轴总厂的强度。此外，后悬架、后制动系总成等可直接安装在后轴上，使整车底盘后半部的装配得以简化，装配效率高，也提高了整车可靠性。

具体实施方式
结合附图1、2，非限定实施例叙述如下。
取管材加工后轴管5，在其两端加工后轮毂轴1和后轴凸缘2。根据设计要求，在后轴管5的相应部位加工起加强作用的衬管9。最后在后轴管5上焊接后拖曳臂支座3、后螺旋弹簧座4、后减振器座6、ABS线束支架7、制动油管支架8和后横撑杆支撑销。

1、一种微型车后轴总成，包括后轴管(5)及其两端的后轮毂轴(1)和后轴凸缘(2)，其特征在于：
在后轴管(5)上固接有后拖曳臂支座(3)、后螺旋弹簧座(4)、后减振器座(6)、ABS线束支架(7)、制动油管支架(8)、后横撑杆支撑销(10)；并在后轴管内设置有加强衬管(9)。
