Abstract

一种调节转椅椅背、椅座之间角度的转椅气动调角器，它是在转椅(A)上安装有两个相互对称的背架(1)之间活接一个三连杆(7)及在背架(1)上各连有一个带有气动杆(4)的U形的支架(3)上，将背架(1)、座架(2)连接，将拉线(8)与三连杆(7)和拉线手柄(9)连接。本实用新型能使椅背(11)向上或向下运动，并让椅背(11)停在所需要的位置上锁定不动，从而实现椅背(11)和椅座(13)之间的角度调节。

一、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及到调节转椅椅背和椅座之间角度的装置。
二、背景技术：
目前人们坐的转椅，其椅背和椅座绝大多数是不能调节角度的，这种转椅使人在紧张的工作后少许休息时感到不适。少数能调节椅背椅座角度的转椅，一般是靠弹簧和齿轮来实现的，它们分别安装在扶手、椅背、椅座的侧面。不仅使扶手的外观造型受到限制，而且调节的角度有限，还影响转椅的美观。
三、发明目的：
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的缺点，提供一种任意调节转椅椅背和椅座角度，不影响扶手造型的转椅气动调角器，而且操作方便、外形美观。
四、技术内容：
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式实现的：
本实用新型包括有：转椅(A)、气动杆(4)、伸缩拉线(8)，其特征在于：两个相互对称的背架(1)的上面各连有一个U形的架；下面伸出一个上有通孔的支片，两个U形支架(3)分别与背架(1)的U形架相连；两个压咀杆(5)的一端分别通过两个U形的支架(3)并连在其上；三连杆(7)活接在两个U形的支架(3)后面伸出的翅片之间；两个调节杆(6)的一端分别与压咀杆(5)的另一端连接，调节杆(6)的另一端分别活接在三连杆(7)上；两个气动杆(4)的上部分别连在两个U形的支架(3)上，下部分别通过相互对称的两个叉形的座架(2)并连在其上；座架(2)伸出的支片与背架(1)伸出的支片相连；伸缩拉线(8)的一端连在三连杆(7)上，另一端连在拉线手柄(9)上。
本实用新型的优点如下：
人们坐在转椅(A)上只需扳动拉线手柄(9)，在人体背部的作用下气动杆(4)使椅背(11)向下运动，松开拉线手柄(9)后，椅背(11)就会停在需要的位置(角度位置)上，并锁定不动，扳动拉线手柄(9)，气动杆(4)使椅背(11)自动回位，从而实现椅背(11)和椅座(13)之间的角度调整。

六、具体实施方式：
图1-2中，两个相互对称的背架(1)均为长形角铁，每一个背架(1)的上端连有一个U形架，下面伸出一个上有通孔的支片，两个U形支架(3)分别与背架(1)的U形架相连；每一个压咀杆(5)的一端连在U形的支架(3)叉口外部伸出的翅扳上，三连杆(7)活接在两个U形的支架(3)后面伸出的翅片之间，每一个调节杆(6)的一端与压咀杆(5)的另一端连接，调节杆(6)的另一端与三连杆(7)活接，两个气动杆(5)为可锁定压缩弹簧杆，每一个气动杆(5)的上部连在U形的支架(3)上，下部连在座架(2)的叉口上，座架(2)伸出的支片与背架(1)伸出的支片相连；伸缩拉线(8)的一端连在三连杆(7)上，另一端连在拉线手柄(9)上。
将背架(1)固定在转椅(A)的椅背(11)下端，座架(2)固定在椅座(13)的后端，将小支架(10)固定在椅背(11)的适当位置，拉线手柄(9)安装在人们便于操作的扶手(12)下方。
当人们坐在转椅(A)上，板动拉线手柄(9)，伸缩拉线(8)拉动三连杆(7)向左移动，调节杆(6)随之向下移动，带动压咀杆(5)向下运动后压缩气动杆(4)向下运动，使椅背(11)向下运动，松开拉线手柄(9)，椅背(11)就会停止人们需要的位置上(角度位置)，并锁定不动，当人们需要椅背(11)还原到原位置时，同样的扳动拉线手柄(9)，伸缩拉线(8)拉动三连杆(7)向左移动，调节杆(6)随之向下运动，带动压咀杆(5)向下运动后，压缩气动杆(4)的顶嘴，此时气动弹簧会自动弹出，椅背(11)即可还原。

  1. 一种调节转椅椅背、椅座之间角度的转椅气动调角器，包括有：转椅(A)、气动杆(4)、伸缩拉线(8)，其特征在于：两个相互对称的背架(1)的上面各连有一个U形的架；下面伸出一个上有通孔的支片，两个U形支架(3)分别与背架(1)的U形架相连；两个压咀杆(5)的一端分别通过两个U形的支架(3)并连在其上；三连杆(7)活接在两个U形的支架(3)后面伸出的翅片之间；两个调节杆(6)的一端分别与压咀杆(5)的另一端连接，调节杆(6)的另一端分别活接在三连杆(7)上；两个气动杆(4)的上部分别连在两个U形的支架(3)上，下部分别通过相互对称的两个叉形的座架(2)并连在其上；座架(2)伸出的支片与背架(1)伸出的支片相连；伸缩拉线(8)的一端连在三连杆(7)上，另一端连在拉线手柄(9)上。
