本实用新型涉及到金属硬密封蝶阀领域，特别是一种改进的U形金属密封蝶阀阀座。
背景技术
蝶阀具有结构简单，使用方便、价格低廉等优点。其主要由阀体、蝶形阀板、阀座和阀杆构成，其性能好坏关健取决于阀板密封面与阀座密封面之间的配合结构。传统的蝶阀其硬密封阀座要么为一钢体，要么是弹性薄壁件。后者较前者的优点是弹性变形好，缺点是加工困难，且弹性变形仍然不够好。中国专利CN1237496A即公开了这样一种蝶阀阀座。这种阀座是一种截面呈“U”形，且“U”形开口背对圆心方向的环。“U”形的对称中线与环的经线相重合(如图1所示)。这种U形阀座为弹性薄壁件，加工时首先要将薄钢板冲压成有飞边的展开宽度大于阀座所须宽度的环状钢片，然后将有飞边的大外圆贴紧形状类似阀座的工装，用旋压刀将其内圆旋压成形，最后去除飞边。这种阀座加工困难且弹性变形小，工装不易保证，不能适应高温，固体冲刷等条件苛刻的场合。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是设计一种弹性变形好，加工容易，且能够适应高温、固体冲刷等条件苛刻场合使用的一种新的U形金属硬密封蝶阀阀座。
实现本发明的技术方案如下：
一种U形金属硬密封蝶阀阀座，其是一种截面类似“U”形的由弹性薄壁钢板加工成的环，所述“U”形截面的对称中线与环的中心线平行，而与环的经线垂直。
由于采用了上述结构，本实用新型阀座只需要经过冲制和旋压两步工序即可加工而成，不仅加工简单、工装易于保证，而且实践证明这种阀座完全能够适用于高温、固体冲刷条件苛刻的场合，密封好，寿命较现有技术产品有较大提高。

具体实施方式
图1中，附图标记：5表示现有技术U形金属硬密封蝶阀阀座，6表示其“U”形截面；7为配用的阀板；8为阀板轴。
图2是本实用新型所说的U形金属硬密封蝶阀阀座的结构示意图。其是一种截面基本上呈“U”形的由弹性薄壁钢板加工成的环1。“U”形截面的对称中线3与环1的中心线4平行，而与环1的经线2垂直。
图3是本实用新型与偏心阀板配用的结构示意图。其中，附图标记9是其配用的偏心阀板，11为阀板轴。
