本实用新型涉及一种水泵叶轮的构成结构,属水泵部件总成制造领域。口环套套在叶轮前盖板的吸入口上,叶轮后盖板与隔套连接,叶轮前盖板与叶轮后盖板间是叶片,锥套位于隔套内,叶轮螺母旋接在隔套上且将锥套压紧收缩固定在泵轴上。优点:一是从根本上避免了花键结构式隔套及花键泵轴,不仅确保与隔套与泵轴间的可靠固接及泵轴的强度,而且解决了背景技术中叶轮在泵轴上平稳性差、易产生摆动的不足,确保了整机的正常运行;二是冲压模具简单、使用寿命长,加工费用低;三是更换、组装方便简单。

本实用新型涉及一种水泵叶轮的构成结构,属水泵部件总成制造领域。
背景技术:
现有的薄壁冲压焊接水泵叶轮,叶轮在后盖板上冲出花键,与之相匹配的水泵轴为花锥轴,其不足之处:一是花键轴加工工艺困难、加工费用高;二是影响泵轴强度;三是叶轮在轴上平稳性差,易产生摆动,影响整机的正常工作。
发明内容:
设计目的:避免背技术中的不足之处,设计一种隔套无需花键结构、泵轴无需花键结构且能相互匹配的水泵叶轮。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的,一是将隔套的一端外侧设计成丝扣结构,与其相配套的是叶轮螺母,锥套位于隔套内且与叶轮螺母内侧的端面相触,叶轮螺母旋接在隔套上,当其下旋时,将锥套下压压紧、迫使锥套的收缩直径变小紧紧地与泵轴固接。其技术方案:水泵叶轮,口环套(1)套在叶轮前盖板(2)的吸入口上,叶轮后盖板(5)与隔套(3)连接,叶轮前盖板(2)与叶轮后盖板间是叶片(4),锥套(6)位于隔套(3)内,叶轮螺母(7)旋接在隔套(3)上且将锥套(6)压紧收缩因定在泵轴上。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是隔套、叶轮螺母与锥套结构的匹配设计,从根本上避免了花键结构式隔套及花键泵轴,不仅确保与隔套与泵轴间的可靠固接及泵轴的强度,而且解决了背景技术中叶轮在泵轴上平稳性差、易产生摆动的不足,确保了整机的正常运行;二是冲压模具简单、使用寿命长,加工费用低;三是更换、组装方便简单。

具体实施方式:
参照附图1~5。水泵叶轮,口环套1采用冲模具及不锈钢板冲压成型且套在叶轮前盖板2的吸入口上,隔套3采用不锈钢铸造加工成型或采用不锈钢加工成型。叶轮前盖板2采用冲压模具及不锈钢板冲压成型,叶轮后盖板5采用冲压模具及不锈钢板冲压成型且与隔套3连接,叶轮前盖板2与叶轮后盖板间是叶片4,锥套6位于隔套3内,锥套6为轴向开口8,采用不锈钢铸造加工成型或采用不锈钢加工成型。叶轮螺母7旋接在隔套3且将锥套6压紧收缩固定在泵轴上。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明只是对本实用新型说明性的,而不是对本实用新型的限制,任何不超出本实用新型实质精神内的发明创造,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种水泵叶轮,口环套(1)套在叶轮前盖板(2)的吸入口上,叶轮后盖板(5)与隔套(3)连接,叶轮前盖板(2)与叶轮后盖板间是叶片(4),其特征是:锥套(6)位于隔套(3)内,叶轮螺母(7)旋接在隔套(3)上且将锥套(6)压紧收缩因定在泵轴上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水泵叶轮,其特征是:锥套(6)为轴向开口。
