本实用新型是一种小型无油空气压缩机，由支架座、电机、偏心轮连杆机构、活塞气缸机构、分流气路组成。其活塞皮碗采用2层皮碗或多层皮碗结构；气缸为倒挂式结构，电机轴与偏心轮用键联接，偏心轮与电机轴用粘胶固定或用焊接方法固定。本实用新型结构性能良好，运转平稳，噪音低，系统性能可靠，质量稳定，且便于开发系列化产品。可广泛应用于医疗、制药、食品、化工等行业。

新型气缸无油空气压缩机
本实用新型属于机电技术领域，是一种小型无油空气压缩机。
无油空气压缩机可以提供无油洁净的气源，广泛应用于医疗、制药、食品、化工等行业。目前，小型无油空气压缩机是由电机、支架座、偏心轮连杆机构、活塞气缸机构、分流气道组成。电机轴与偏心轮之间通过紧定螺钉传递转矩，偏心轮连杆机构的轴向位置也由该紧定螺钉固定；气缸由缸顶板通过密封圈压紧于支架座上，由于此种结构本身存在缺陷，使得系统性能不可靠，运转噪音较高，产品质量难以稳定。
本实用新型在于提供一种结构性能良好，运转噪音较低，系统性能可靠，质量稳定，且便于开发系列化产品的小型无油空气压缩机。
本实用新型在解决技术问题采取的技术方案为：通过粘胶或焊接实现电机轴与偏心轮的紧固联接；气缸采用倒挂式结构，由缸顶板压紧于支架座；活塞皮碗采用2层或多层结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构性能良好，便于装配调试，运转平稳，噪音低，系统性能可靠，质量稳定，使用寿命长，且便于开发系列化产品。

其中，1为电机；2为倒挂式气缸；3为缸顶板；4为气缸固定螺钉；5为2层或多层活塞皮碗；6为支架座；7为连杆；8为偏心轮紧定螺钉；9为键；10为电机轴；11为偏心轮；12为支架座外固定螺栓；13为支架座内固定螺栓；14为支架座外固定螺栓套筒。
实施例：
电机1为370w电容启动单相异步电机，气缸2外径为72.5mm，内径为63.4mm，总高21.5mm，缸顶板3厚度为5mm，支架座6为四边形，键9尺寸为5mm，电机轴10总长220mm，偏心轮11的偏心距为11.5mm，支架座外固定螺栓12和内固定螺栓13各4支，各零部件按设计要求进行加工。该小型无油空气压缩机，电机转速为1400r/min，标准排气压力为0.5Mpa，最大排气压力为0.8Mpa，标准排气量为60L/min。

1、一种小型无油空气压缩机，由支架座、电机、偏心轮连杆机构、活塞气缸机构、分流气路组成，其特征在于所说的气缸为倒挂式气缸，由缸顶板压紧于支架座上，气缸和缸顶板之间有密封圈密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的小型无油空气压缩机，其特征在于所说的活塞皮碗为2层皮碗或多层皮碗结构。
3、根据权利要求1所述的小型无油空气压缩机，其特征在于所说的电机轴与偏心轮用粘胶固定或焊接方法固定。
