本实用新型涉及一种镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：门窗体由中间装饰层和设于中间装饰层两侧的门片构成，中间装饰层上设有为形成艺术造型而具有空格的金属框架，和镶嵌于金属框架各空格槽缝内的玻璃块，该金属框架的四周边经密封胶与两侧门片周部的内侧缘相联接，所述的中间装饰层与两侧门片之间设有空气夹层，所述的两侧门片中至少有一侧门片为透明玻璃门片。本实用新型不仅便于制造组装，而且具有良好的隔音隔热性能。
Description
技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种镶嵌玻璃门窗。
现有技术：目前已有的镶嵌玻璃门窗制造组装较为复杂，并且隔音隔热的效果不好。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种不仅便于制造组装，而且具有良好的隔音隔热性能的镶嵌玻璃门窗。
本实用新型是这样构成的，其特征在于：门窗体由中间装饰层和设于中间装饰层两侧的门片构成，中间装饰层上设有为形成艺术造型而具有空格的金属框架，和镶嵌于金属框架各空格槽缝内的玻璃块，该金属框架的四周边经密封胶与两侧门片周部的内侧缘相联接，所述的中间装饰层与两侧门片之间设有空气夹层，所述的两侧门片中至少有一侧门片为透明玻璃门片。
本实用新型在两侧门片之间增设了中间装饰层，并且在其间设有空气夹层，不仅装饰效果好，而且具有隔音隔热的显著性能。

具体实施方式：一种镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：门窗体由中间装饰层和设于中间装饰层两侧的门片1构成，中间装饰层上设有为形成艺术造型而具有空格的金属框架2，和镶嵌于金属框架各空格槽缝内的玻璃块3，该金属框架的四周边经密封胶4与两侧门片周部的内侧缘5相联接，所述的中间装饰层与两侧门片之间设有空气夹层6，所述的两侧门片中至少有一侧门片为透明玻璃门片。
为了便于组装，上述的金属框架由两金属框架对接组成，其间具有用以镶接玻璃块的间隙，和以便两金属框架联接成一体的联接件，所述的安装于金属框架内的玻璃块的周边断面呈锥形。
为了提高生产工效，上述的以便两金属框架联接成一体的联接件是焊点。
上述的金属框架由表面镀有一层或若干层保护膜的金属条制成，故该镶嵌玻璃门窗能有效的防止氧化，其寿命得以延长。此外，还可以根据用户的不同喜好给金属框架镀上不同的颜色，增加了其装饰效果。
上述的玻璃块泛指用透明材料制成的片材。
上述的空气夹层为惰性气体，因而其隔音隔热的性能显著提高。
本实用新型构造新颖，装配简单，其推广应用前景十分可观。

1、一种镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：门窗体由中间装饰层和设于中间装饰层两侧的门片构成，中间装饰层上设有为形成艺术造型而具有空格的金属框架，和镶嵌于金属框架各空格槽缝内的玻璃块，该金属框架的四周边经密封胶与两侧门片周部的内侧缘相联接，所述的中间装饰层与两侧门片之间设有空气夹层，所述的两侧门片中至少有一侧门片为透明玻璃门片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：所述的金属框架由两金属框架对接组成，其间具有用以镶接玻璃块的间隙，和以便两金属框架联接成一体的联接件，所述的安装于金属框架内的玻璃块的周边断面呈锥形。
3、根据权利要求2所述的镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：所述的以便两金属框架联接成一体的联接件是焊点。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：所述的金属框架由表面镀有一层或若干层保护膜的金属条制成。
5、根据权利要求4所述的镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：所述的玻璃块泛指用透明材料制成的片材。
6、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的镶嵌玻璃门窗，其特征在于：所述的空气夹层为惰性气体。
