Abstract
一种压路机旋转壳体涉及机械传动技术领域，特别涉及振动压路机振动器壳体的制造技术。其结构包括圆柱体，与壳体相连法兰盘，另一端为轴承座，其特征是圆柱体的内壁有数条轴向T型筋。高速旋转的振动器将壳体的润滑油甩起，起到了散热和润滑的作用，轮体一起转动的壳体内壁的“T型”筋将润滑油刮起，使散热和润滑更加充分，可以缓解振动压路机振动器发热，使振动轴承的寿命延长，特别是在油面偏低的情况下更能显示其优越性。

背景技术
目前，公知的振动压路机振动器壳体内外侧均无筋板，振动压路机工作时，振动器高速旋转将壳体内的润滑油甩起以达到润滑轴承散发热量的目的，但这种方式润滑和散热的效果都不理想，导致振动器发热，轴承易损；尤其是在润滑油液面偏低的情况下，非常容易造成振动轴承的干烧现象，使振动器发热、轴承损坏的情况更加严重。
发明内容
为了克服现有振动压路机振动器发热，振动轴承易损的问题，本实用新型提供一种旋转壳体的结构，不但使热量散发的更加充分，而且能够使振动轴承得到充分润滑。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种压路机的旋转壳体，包括圆柱体2，与壳体相连法兰盘1，另一端为轴承座3，其特征是圆柱体的内壁有数条轴向T型筋5。
本实用新型的有益效果是，振动器旋转甩油的同时，壳体内的“T型”筋将壳体内润滑油刮起，更好地散发热量，充分地润滑轴承。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构如图1所示，在壳体的圆柱体2内侧有数条轴向T型筋5，壳体的轴承座3外侧有数条斜筋4。在振动压路机上的具体应用如图2所示，壳体2与轮体1及壳体盖5通过螺栓紧固连接在一起，壳体的轴承座内装有轴承支承振动器3的一端，壳体盖5的轴承座内也装有轴承支承振动器的另一端。振动压路机工作时，振动马达带动轴4及振动器3高速旋转。高速旋转的振动器将壳体内的润滑油甩起，能起到了散热和润滑的作用，同时和轮体1一起转动的壳体2内壁的“T型”筋将润滑油刮起，使散热和润滑更加充分。特别是在油面偏低的情况下，这种方式更能显示出其优越性。壳体轴承座外侧的斜筋不但起到加强作用，还起到增加散热面积的作用。

1一种压路机的旋转壳体，包括圆柱体(2)，与壳体相连法兰盘(1)，另一端为轴承座(3)，其特征是圆柱体的内壁有数条轴向T型筋(5)。
2根据权利要求1所述的旋转壳体，其特征是轴承座(3)外侧有数条斜筋(4)。
