本实用新型公开了一种流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,属常压热水锅炉。它变煤炭直燃为气化燃烧,主要特征是:炉膛由煤燃烧室和煤气燃烧室构成,水蒸汽发生器给煤燃烧室中炽热的炭提供水蒸汽,产生的CO、CmHn等可燃气体在煤气燃烧室中富氧燃烧,集烟室和密集的火管都置于循环水套中,换热面积大,热损很小,烟囱高度≥8米。炉内负压,无须风机,上置储煤仓,一次加煤,流动燃烧,无须专人照管。

本实用新型涉及一种流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉。
目前,我国北方冬季采暖普遍使用的锅炉大多是直燃式且配备辅机,还需频繁加煤,能耗大、污染重,有些锅炉虽然也将煤炭气化,但产生煤气部分与燃烧煤气部分互相分离,结构复杂,体积大,造价高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,易实施,变煤炭直燃为气化燃烧的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉。
本实用新型的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,该锅炉是由:储煤仓、燃烧器、水蒸汽发生器、水套、火管、气体燃烧室、固体燃烧室组成,所述燃烧器有多个对称匀布的煤气喷气孔和水蒸气分配孔,所述的水蒸汽发生器是由补水管将水杯、倒置储水桶与水蒸汽发生管相连,水蒸汽发生管中有蒸汽引出管。
本实用新型的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉采用流动燃烧技术,炉上部置有容积0.1m3-1m3的储煤仓,一次可加数百公斤-1吨的煤炭,无须象其它传统锅炉那样频繁加煤,无须专人照管。用耐火材料制成的燃烧器将炉膛分隔成固体和气体两个燃烧室,通入高温带压水蒸汽,将煤直接转化成水煤气燃烧,所以热效率高,节省能源,不冒烟尘,保护了环境。
水蒸汽发生器水位恒定自控,解决了火旺时耗水多,火小时耗水少的问题,有效地避免了水蒸汽发生器干烧和水外溢的问题。
流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉采用自然通风,不配置任何辅机,结构紧凑简单,体积只有同功率常规锅炉的1/4,占地面积小,制造成本低,常压运行,无爆炸危险。

由图1、图2可知:一、储煤仓1的煤在固体燃烧室5底层形成干馏层,水蒸汽发生器15产生的过热带压水蒸汽通过固体燃烧室5多个均布的水蒸汽分配孔14进入干馏层与炽热的碳反应,由于固体燃烧室5煤层很厚,氧气不充足,所以反应生成物大部分是CO、H2、CmHn等可燃气体,即使在底层富氧燃烧生成的部分CO2也会在上升通过上部煤层时被还原成CO。
这些可燃气体经过燃烧器7侧壁多个均布的煤气喷气孔24喷入气体燃烧室6进行富氧充分燃烧,供给气体燃烧室6的空气来自风带8顶板多个均布的风孔11,风带8的进风口17与炉体10呈切线方向进入风带8,由于该炉烟道20上配置有高8米以上烟囱,炉膛内产生很大负压,气体燃烧时兰色火焰向四周喷射,因此热效率高、省煤、不冒烟尘,由于炉内负压,即使储煤仓1的煤已经流动燃烧完毕,仅燃烧器7中还有炽热煤炭,该炉也不会有CO、CO2、SmOn等有害气体外溢,而只会从储煤仓1上部向下进风。
煤在固体燃烧室5中不断燃烧,产生的煤灰在重力作用下不断掉入灰室9,储煤仓1中的煤不断下降,形成了流动燃烧,由于固体燃烧室5中的煤是在缺氧状态下厌氧燃烧,温度相对来讲不会太高,所以因高温而引起的结釉现象很少发生,用户只须定期通过灰门12和活动炉排13除灰清渣即可。
二、用耐火材料制成的燃烧器7将炉膛分隔为固体燃烧室5和气体燃烧室6两部分,该燃烧器7圆周壁上有与水平方向成60°夹角的多个均布喷气孔24。由于燃烧器7的外径小于储煤仓1的内径,所以很容易将燃烧器7从储煤仓1放入和取出,因而更换维修十分方便。
三、水蒸汽发生管25置于气体燃烧室6中,属高温烈焰区,由于有补水管22与炉外水杯16相连,而水杯16上又倒置有储水桶19,所以其水位可以始终保持在水平线18上恒定不变,达到水位自控。水蒸汽在蒸汽发生管25中产生后又在上部被烈焰加热成过热带压水蒸汽,通过水蒸汽引出管21进入风带8中经多个均布的水蒸汽分配孔14进入固体燃烧室5与炽热的炭反应生成水煤气。
四、集烟室2和均布的火管3都设置在水套4之中,换热面积大,换热充分,热损很小。

1.流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,其特征是:该锅炉是由:储煤仓(1)燃烧器(7)、水蒸汽发生器(15)、水套(4)、火管(3)、气体燃烧室(6)、固体燃烧室(5)组成,所述燃烧器(7)有多个对称匀布的煤气喷气孔(24)和水蒸气分配孔(14),所述的水蒸汽发生器(15)是由水蒸汽补水管(22)将水杯(16)、倒置储水桶(19)与水蒸汽发生管(25)相连,水蒸汽发生管中有水蒸汽引出管(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,其特征是:所述的水蒸汽引出管(21)通入风带(8),再由多个均布的水蒸汽分配孔(14)导入固体燃烧室与炽热的炭反应生成水煤气,风带(8)顶板上有多个均布的气体燃烧室风孔(11),进风口(17)与炉体(10)成切线方向进入风带(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,其特征是:所述的燃烧器(7)底板有一个活动炉排(13),活动炉排(13)下部是灰室(9),灰室(9)侧壁上有灰门(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的流动燃烧水煤气采暖锅炉,其特征是:所述的水套(4)中有许多均布的火管(3),其下部与气体燃烧室(6)相通,其上部与集烟室(2)相通,集烟室(2)与烟道(20)相通,烟道(20)与竖高为8米以上的烟囱相连。
