本实用新型涉及一种红光治疗仪。
背景技术
现有的红光治疗仪都是利用白炽灯泡经过滤或反射后得到的红光进行治疗,由于白炽灯泡寿命短、效率低等,导致红光治疗仪不但要经常换灯泡,而且效率低、功率不能做大、体积很大而又不安全,另外,白炽灯泡经过滤后得到的红光波长范围太大,纯度不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的要解决的是现有红光治疗仪效率低、功率不能做大、体积大、不安全和纯度不好的技术问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种红光治疗仪,它由透明保护层、半导体红色发光二极管芯片、高导热率的可接电源的印刷电路板和散热板组成,半导体红色发光二极管芯片的发光面与透明保护层连接,与发光面相对应的底面与可接电源的印刷电路板的正面固定连接,可接电源的印刷电路板的反面通过导热胶与散热板固定连接。
所述的半导体红色发光二极管芯片为红色发光二极管芯片。
所述的半导体红色发光二极管芯片为红色激光二极管芯片。
在采用了上述技术方案后,由于半导体红色发光二极管芯片具有体积小、寿命长、功率可调和表面大小形状可任意选择组合等,使得红光治疗仪效率高、寿命长、功率可调、安全可靠且红光的纯度高。

如图1所示,一种红光治疗仪,它由透明保护层1、半导体红色发光二极管芯片2、高导热率的可接电源的印刷电路板3和散热板4组成,半导体红色发光二极管芯片2的发光面与透明保护层1连接,与发光面相对应的底面与可接电源的印刷电路板3的正面固定连接,可接电源的印刷电路板3的反面通过导热胶与散热板4固定连接。半导体红色发光二极管芯片可以是红色发光二极管芯片,也可以是红色激光二极管芯片。
当然,半导体红色发光二极管芯片也可用单个的红色发光二极管或红色激光二极管组成的矩阵替代,很明显它也属于本专利的保护范围。

1.一种红光治疗仪,其特征是,它包括透明保护层(1)、半导体红色发光二极管芯片(2)、高导热率的可接电源的印刷电路板(3)和散热板(4),半导体红色发光二极管芯片(2)的发光面与透明保护层(1)连接,与发光面相对应的底面与可接电源的印刷电路板(3)的正面固定连接,可接电源的印刷电路板(3)的反面通过导热胶与散热板(4)固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的红光治疗仪,其特征是,所述的半导体红色发光二极管芯片为红色发光二极管芯片。
3.如权利要求1所述的红光治疗仪,其特征是,所述的半导体红色发光二极管芯片为红色激光二极管芯片。
