Abstract

大功率发光二极管灯
                         技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种灯泡形大功率发光二极管灯,可直接代替钨丝灯和紧凑型荧光灯,用于照明、交通灯和显示器等。
                         背景技术
目前,现有技术的发光二极管,由于有约85%的输入功率将转变成热能,其主要的热量来自发光二极管管芯,若用它制造灯泡形灯、则因管芯被密封在泡壳内,热量难于有效地发散掉,因而将导致管芯的温度过高,使灯的发光效率和寿命严重下降,即难于制成大功率的灯泡形、高效率、长寿命的发光二极管灯。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种可制成大功率灯泡形、高效率、长寿命的发光二极管灯。包括有一个安装有至少一个发光二极管管芯的发光装置,一个透光泡壳,一个驱动器及其外壳,一个电连接装置,所述发光二极管管芯被安装在一个高导热率基板上,基板与一个散热装置紧密热接触,
所述的散热装置主要由至少一个形状为辐射形、层叠形或螺旋形等有利散热几何形状的散热片构成。
所述的散热装置中还至少安装有一个小电扇。所述小电扇和散热装置可将发光二极管管芯和驱动器产生的热量有效地发散掉。
所述的至少一个小电扇为直流电扇,它与驱动器直接相接,并通过驱动器产生一适当的直流电压进行驱动。改变直流电压的高低、可改变直流电扇转动的速度;不同功率的灯可用不同功率和转速的电扇。
所述的至少一个发光二极管管芯可以是相同发光色或不同发光色,各管芯可按需要串联、并联或串并联。
所述的高导热率基板为平面或曲面基板。所述透光泡壳可为透明、着色或散射的,由玻璃或塑料制成,其形状为各种灯泡形状;其内表面上制有发光粉及其保护层。发光粉可吸收发光二极管所发的光、发射出所需的不同波长的光,以得到所需色或色温的输出光。
本实用新型的大功率发光二极管灯,利用电扇和散热装置可有效地把发光装置和驱动器产生的热量发散掉,使发光装置工作于较低温度,它与现有技术的灯相比,具有功率大、效率高、寿命长等优点。

                       具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:图1所示为本实用新型的大功率发光二极管灯的原理结构示意图。图1中包括有一个安装有至少一个发光二极管管芯1的发光装置,所述发光二极管管芯1被安装在一个高导热率基板2上,所述基板2与一个散热装置3紧密热接触;发光二极管管芯周围有高折射率透光介质4,如环氧树脂、光学胶等;在有多个发光二极管管芯时,各管芯可按需要串联、并联或串并联。一个透光泡壳5,一个驱动器6及其外壳7,一个电连接装置8、例如为灯头。所述散热装置3还包括有至少一个小电扇11;驱动器6的输入经引线9和灯头8与外电源相连,它的输出经引线10与发光二极管管芯1相连,用于点亮发光二极管管芯1,驱动器6同也驱动电扇11。所述散热装置3和小电扇11可有效地把发光二极管管芯1和驱动器6所释的热量有效地发散掉,从而使发光装置处于较低工作温度,以制成大功率、高效率、长寿命的灯泡形的灯。
图1中所述的至少一个小电扇11为直流电扇,它被安装在散热装置3中,直接与驱动器6相连,由驱动器6产生一适当的直流电压使电扇转动,以加速散热装置3中的空气流动,从而将发光二极管管芯1和驱动器6产生的热量更有效地发散掉;改变直流电压的高低、可改变直流电扇转动的速度;不同功率的灯可用不同功率和转速的电扇。
所述的至少一个小电扇11可被安装在散热装置的上部、下部或中间。散热装置3与透光泡壳5和驱动器外壳7相连。
图1中的至少一个发光二极管管芯1可以是相同发光色或不同发光色的,从而得到不同色或不同色温的光输出。
图1中所示的高导热率基板2可为平面或曲面。
图1中所示的透光泡壳5可为透明、着色或散射的,由玻璃或塑料制成;其形状可为灯泡的各种形状。其内表面上制有发光粉层12及其保护层13,发光粉12可吸收发光二极管所发的光并发射所需的不同波长的光,以得到所需色或色温的输出光。例如,发光二极管发蓝光或紫外光,发光粉12可吸收蓝光或紫外光而发出黄光、白光或其他所需色的光。
图1中所述的散热装置3包括有至少一个形状为辐射形、层叠形或螺旋形等有利散热的几何形状的散热片3a。

Claims (7)

1、一种大功率发光二极管灯,它包括有一个安装有至少一个发光二极管管芯(1)的发光装置,一个透光泡壳,一个驱动器及其外壳,一个电连接装置,其特征在于所述发光二极管管芯(1)被安装在一个高导热率基板(2)上,基板(2)与一个散热装置(3)紧密热接触,
2、如权利要求1所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述的散热装置(3)主要由至少一个形状为辐射形、层叠形或螺旋形等有利散热几何形状的散热片(3a)构成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述的散热装置(3)中还至少安装有一个小电扇(11)。
4、如权利要求3所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述的至少一个小电扇(11)为直流电扇,它与驱动器(6)直接相接,并通过驱动器(6)产生一适当的直流电压进行驱动。
5、如权利要求1所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述的至少一个发光二极管管芯(1)可以是相同发光色或不同发光色,各管芯可按需要串联、并联或串并联。
6、如权利要求1所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述的高导热率基板(2)为平面或曲面基板。
7、如权利要求1所述的大功率发光二极管灯,其特征在于所述透光泡壳(5)可为透明、着色或散射的,由玻璃或塑料制成,其形状为各种灯泡形状;其内表面上制有发光粉(12)及其保护层(13)。
