(二)背景技术:螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前已有的螺杆压缩机转子的型线为单边非对称摆线一销齿圆弧型线,由于阴阳转子的接触线顶点与转子齿顶圆交点距离增大,轴向气密性降低,效率低,阳转子的齿根存在尖点,形成应力集中,不利于承受大的载荷,且不便于加工和检测。
(三)技术内容:本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种啮合平稳,减少磨损,密封性好,便于加工和检测,振动小,噪音低,提高压缩机效率的螺杆压缩机转子。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到:一种螺杆压缩机转子,它包括阴转子1、阳转子2,其特征在于阴转子1和阳转子2的双边非对称,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴阳转子的齿数比为6∶5。
本实用新型同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:
1、本实用新型组成齿曲线均为网弧、椭网及其包络线,这使转子齿面由线密封改为面密封,能明显提高密封效果,有利于形成流体动力润滑油膜和减少齿面磨损,接触线短,啮合平稳,减低通过接触线的横向泄露,提高压缩机的效率。
2、本实用新型曲齿面间光滑连接,型线上无尖点,便于加工和检测,流线性好,噪音低。
3、采用双边型线,转子直径调整方便,转子间力矩分配合理,振动小。
4、转子齿高半径和齿顶高合理,面积利用系数大,输气量和制冷量提高。
5、阴阳转子直径相差不大,转子刚度接近,承载能力高,具有较小的热变形和弯曲变形,可用于压差和压比比较大的工况。
