Abstract

本发明公开了一种短密封线齿形的螺杆。其螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆弧线,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆弧线,齿顶圆弧线一端点和齿根圆弧线一端点间由延长摆线组成;齿根圆弧线另一端点和齿顶圆弧线另一端点之间依次由圆弧线,渐开线和另一圆弧线组成,螺杆轴向齿形的长度大于两个螺距的长度。仅需一个螺距可自成密封腔,结构紧凑,刚度提高;由于密封线较短,故密封性能好,输出压力大,效率高,噪声小;本发明不仅可用于单头螺杆,也可用于双头及多头螺杆,以形成三螺杆及多螺杆泵。

一种短密封线齿形的螺杆
技术领域
本发明涉及双螺杆泵的螺杆,尤其涉及一种短密封线齿形的螺杆。
背景技术
现有的双螺杆泵螺杆的齿形有摆线齿形,阿基米德螺旋线齿形,圆弧齿形和渐开线齿形等,虽然这些齿形都能实现完全密封,但其密封线长度过长,以至于影响泵的整体性能,如效率,压力等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供既能实现完全密封,密封线长度又较短的一种短密封线齿形的螺杆。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:其螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆弧线,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆弧线,齿顶圆弧线一端点和齿根圆弧线一端点间由延长摆线组成;齿根圆弧线另一端点和齿顶圆弧线另一端点之间依次由圆弧线,渐开线和另一圆弧线组成,螺杆轴向齿形的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
本发明具有的优点是:
1)仅需一个螺距可自成密封腔,结构紧凑,刚度提高;
2)由于密封线较短,故密封性能好,输出压力大,效率高,噪声小;
3)本发明不仅可用于单头螺杆,也可用于双头及多头螺杆,以形成三螺杆及多螺杆泵。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆弧线af,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆弧线bc,齿顶圆弧线af一端a点和齿根圆弧线bc一端b点间由延长摆线ab组成;齿根圆弧线bc另一端c点和齿顶圆弧线af另一端f点之间依次由圆弧线cd,渐开线de和另一圆弧线ef组成,螺杆轴向齿形的长度大于两个螺距的长度。螺杆的头数n≥1。
各段齿形曲线形成的方式如下:
1)延长摆线ab的形成:

式中:x、y——齿廓上任一点的直角坐标
ρ、——齿廓上任一点的极坐标的矢径和转角
R、r、R0——齿顶圆、齿根圆和节圆半径
ψ——第二螺杆8的节圆相对于第一螺杆7的节圆的转角
β——极径与两螺杆中心连线的夹角
2)齿顶圆弧线af的形成:

两螺杆对应的啮合关系如图3所示:
第二螺杆8齿顶圆af对应的啮合曲线是第一螺杆7的齿根圆bc,第二螺杆8点a对应于第一螺杆7的延长摆线ab,第二螺杆8齿根圆bc对应于第一螺杆7的齿顶圆af,第二螺杆8渐开线de对应于第一螺杆7的渐开线ed,第二螺杆8圆弧ef对应于第一螺杆7的圆弧cd,反过来也一样。
当两螺杆相对滚动时,第二螺杆8就会在第一螺杆7上形成空间啮合曲线1-2-3-4-5-6,如图4、图5所示。
同样,第一螺杆7也会在第二螺杆8上形成相应的啮合曲线。由于转动是连续的,两条啮合曲线阻断了泵的输入腔和输出腔,且不断地向前推进,从而产生压力流体。
上述一对啮合曲线的形成需要一个螺距长度。为了使输入腔和输出腔在整个运行过程中始终隔离,在一对啮合曲线中断前,必须形成另一对啮合曲线,因此,整个螺杆的长度应大于两个螺距。

Claims (2)

1.一种短密封线齿形的螺杆,其螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆弧线(af),齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆弧线(bc),齿顶圆弧线(af)一端(a)点和齿根圆弧线(bc)一端(b)点间由延长摆线(ab)组成;螺杆轴向齿形的长度大于两个螺距的长度;其特征在于:齿根圆弧线(bc)另一端(c)点和齿顶圆弧线(af)另一端(f)点之间依次由圆弧线(cd),渐开线(de)和另一圆弧线(ef)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种短密封线齿形的螺杆,其特征在于:各段齿形曲线形成的方式如下:
1)延长摆线(ab)的形成:
