Abstract
一种具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，包括有电路板和引脚，引脚为“C”型，“C”型的开口为供电路板插入并卡紧的引脚口，卡紧点用锡焊或导电胶与电路板稳固。引脚单面的最高部位为电路的使用焊接部位，并在外侧。厚膜电路板的长为20.32mm±2mm，含引脚的宽度为8.mm±3mm，引脚的中心间距为1.27mm±0.2mm。本电路板的优点是引脚空间高度低，在加工运输时引脚不变形，引脚共面性好，用户使用方便，用户回流焊接的温度可以达到240℃度。

技术领域
本实用新型属于集成电路技术领域，具体涉及一种具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板。
技术背景
目前市场使用的厚膜电路表贴引脚多为“J”型引脚，引脚上有221℃度的焊锡，引脚是通过回流焊接在电路板上，“J”型引脚存在的主要问题有：1、电路引脚容易变形2、引脚共面性差3、电路引脚高，用户使用时容易撞坏电路4、用户使用时回流焊接温度必须小于221℃。
本实用新型针对现有具有“J”型引脚的厚膜电路板存在的上述不足，设计一种具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，该电路板的引脚在加工运输时不变形，引脚共面性好，用户使用方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，包括有电路板和引脚，其特征在于引脚为“C”型，“C”型的开口为供电路板插入并卡紧的引脚口，卡紧点用锡焊或导电胶与电路板稳固；引脚单面的最高部位为电路的使用焊接部位，并在外侧。
厚膜电路板的长为20.32mm±2mm，含引脚的宽度为8.mm±3mm，引脚的中心间距为1.27mm±0.2mm。
使用具有“C”型引脚的厚膜电路板可以避免“J”型引脚的电路板的缺点，一是引脚空间高度低，在加工运输时引脚不变形；二是引脚共面性好，用户使用方便；三是“C”引脚用户回流焊接的温度可以达到240℃度。

具体实施方式
参见图1，引脚1的形状为类似“C”的形状，“C”型引脚为任意一个闭环圈上开有一个小缺口，这个开口为供电路板插入并卡紧的引脚口2。
参见图2，此种引脚用在厚膜电路板的四周，作为电路板的外引出脚。厚膜电路板4由“C”型的引脚口2插入并靠机械作用力被卡紧，卡紧点3用锡焊与电路板4焊接，用于焊接的焊锡锡化温度为238℃，大于221℃。引脚单面的最高部位5为电路的使用焊接部位，并在外侧，用户使用时采用回流焊接或点胶波峰焊接。使用“C”型引脚的厚膜电路板的长为20.32mm±2mm，含引脚的宽度为8.mm±3mm，引脚的中心间距为1.27mm±0.2mm。
另外，引脚上涂、镀或浸SN62SBAG2或SN96.5AG3.5焊锡，确保长时间放置后用户使用时的可焊性。

1、一种具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，包括电路板和引脚，其特征在于引脚为“C”型，“C”为任意一个闭环圈上开有一个小缺口，“C”型的开口为供电路板插入并卡紧的引脚口，卡紧点用锡焊或导电胶与电路板稳固，引脚单面的最高部位为电路的使用焊接部位，并在外侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，其特征在于电路板的长为20.32mm±2mm，含引脚的宽度为8.mm±3mm，引脚中心间距1.27mm±0.2mm.
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有新型引脚的厚膜电路板，其特征在于引脚与电路板锡焊温度大于或等于179℃。
