Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种水冷耐高温电机。它包括定子，转子，壳体及端盖，壳体和/或端盖中开设有冷却液容器腔。本实用新型水冷壳体采用特种无缝钢管，壳体也是水路的一部分，这样利用流动的液体带走热量，或利用静态的液体吸收热量，降低定子的温度，降温效果好；本实用新型在端盖上设冷却装置，降低轴承的工作温度，避免润滑脂以液化流失，保护轴承正常使用，延长轴承的使用寿命。该电机适用于冶金、化工、消防排烟等高温环境。其结构简单，生产成本低，对水质无特殊要求。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电机，具体涉及自身具有冷却装置的电机。
背景技术
目前水内冷汽轮发电机，其定子采用中空导体内通水冷却技术，转子采用轴中空通水冷却技术；以上技术结构复杂，水质要求高，造价高；这种技术不能在中小型电机中使用。在冶金、化工、消防排烟等高温环境下，使用普通的电机工作寿命短，如采用其他方法将大大提高设备造价，如冶金连铸机拉矫机电机，工作环境温度高如采用将电机移到远离高温区工作，将增加传动机械的投入，一方面增加成本，另一方面传动机械易出现机械故障，增加运营成本。现有在电机外增加水套的方法对电机进行冷却，这种方法冷却效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目在于提供一种壳体带冷却液容器腔水冷耐高温电机，以克服上述缺陷。
水冷耐高温电机，它包括定子，转子，壳体及端盖，壳体和/或端盖中开设有冷却液容器腔。电机定子是电机最主要的热源，同时也是绝缘最薄弱的环节之一，电机工作温度过高，对定子的损害越大，本实用新型水冷壳体采用特种无缝钢管，壳体也是水路的一部分，这样利用流动的液体带走热量，或利用静态的液体吸收热量，降低定子的温度，降温效果好；电机长期处于高温环境下工作，轴承中的润滑脂易液化流失，使电机轴承出现卡死现象，本实用新型在端盖上设冷却装置，降低轴承的工作温度，避免润滑脂液化流失，保护轴承正常使用，延长轴承的使用寿命。该电机适用于冶金、化工、消防排烟等高温环境。其结构简单，生产成本低，对水质无特殊要求。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，电机定子1、转子2。壳体3中开设循环水腔4，前后端盖6、7中也设循环水腔9、10。各循环水腔通过管道11与储水箱12连接，储水箱上设进水管13、出水管14。储水箱12可以设在电机上，成为电机自带小型水箱，储水箱12一方面与壳体和端盖中的冷却液容器箱构成循环冷却水系统，另一方面补充冷却液容器箱中蒸发的失去的水，保证电机在允许工作时间内不会出现工作温度过高的现象。

1、一种水冷耐高温电机，它包括定子，转子，壳体及端盖，其特征在于壳体和/或端盖中开设有冷却液容器腔。
2、如权利要求1所述水冷耐高温电机，其特征在于壳体和端盖中的冷却液容器箱通过管道与储水箱连接。
