Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种控油电磁铁，它由线圈组件，衔铁，弹簧，壳体，油泵齿杆，调节螺母组成，衔铁装在线圈组件内，弹簧套在衔铁外，油泵齿杆的一端与衔铁接触，其另一端控制油泵的柱塞衬套，调节螺母设在与油泵连接的壳体外。本实用新型具有可控制发动机微量进油量，且调节方便，从而可大大改善发动机性能等优点。调节时，只需旋转调节螺母，使油泵外壳与油泵齿杆台面之间的距离L达到每台发动机的期望值，就可使油泵齿杆控制油泵的微量出油量。

控油电磁铁
本实用新型属于一种电磁铁。
由于燃气不具备压燃性，当把柴油机改为燃气发动机时，一般都采用双燃料系统，即微量柴油作为点火的引燃燃料，天然气作为主燃料。在这种工作状况下，对柴油量的微量控制相当重要，如果控制不当，将直接影响发动机的工作稳定性及燃料消耗的经济性。
目前市场上出现的柴油--燃气双燃料发动机大都采用机械装置对油门手柄的位置进行限制而得到柴油微量喷射量，这种装置存在以下缺点：
1、结构复杂，安装困难，相互之间的磨损或松动会使柴油喷射量发生变化；
2、对柴油的微量喷射量限制不易调整。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种可对双燃料发动机柴油喷射量进行微量控制，并且可调的电磁铁，以提高发动机的稳定性，降低其耗油量。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它由线圈组件(1)，衔铁(2)，弹簧(3)，壳体(4)，油泵齿杆(5)，调节螺母(6)组成，衔铁(2)装在线圈组件(1)内，弹簧(3)套在衔铁(2)外，油泵齿杆(5)的一端与衔铁(2)接触，其另一端控制油泵(7)的柱塞衬套，调节螺母(6)设在与油泵(7)连接的壳体(4)外，在调节螺母(6)与油泵(7)之间有垫片(8)。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有结构简单、安装方便，可调节发动机微量进油量，且调节方便，可大大改善发动机性能等优点。调节时，只需旋转调节螺母，使油泵外壳与油泵齿杆台面之间的距离L达到每台发动机的期望值，就可使油泵齿杆控制油泵的柱塞衬套，从而控制油泵的微量出油量，垫片用于密封。

本实用新型的实施例：将衔铁(2)装在线圈组件(1)内，弹簧(3)套在衔铁(2)外，油泵齿杆(5)的一端与衔铁(2)接触，其另一端控制油泵(7)的柱塞衬套，调节螺母(6)旋在与油泵(7)连接的壳体(4)的外螺纹上，在调节螺母(6)与油泵(7)之间有一环形槽，槽内装有密封垫片(8)及密封圈(9)。

1、一种控油电磁铁，它由线圈组件(1)，衔铁(2)，弹簧(3)，壳体(4)，油泵齿杆(5)，调节螺母(6)组成，其特征在于：衔铁(2)装在线圈组件(1)内，弹簧(3)套在衔铁(2)外，油泵齿杆(5)的一端与衔铁(2)接触，其另一端控制油泵(7)的柱塞衬套，调节螺母(6)设在与油泵(7)连接的壳体(4)外，在调节螺母(6)与油泵(7)之间有垫片(8)。
