背景技术
目前，国内生产油田用水解聚合物的装置，一直使用小型化的手工操作设备，生产规模小，很难实现自动化的大规模生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其生产规模大、自动化程度高、产品品质好。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下设计方案：
一种用于胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其特征在于：
设有一水解槽；
在水解槽内两侧设拌桨；
在水解槽内下部设造粒螺旋输送器；
在水解槽外的一侧设置有与造粒螺旋输送器对接的造粒筒；
在水解槽外的另一侧设置有带动造粒螺旋输送器转动的电机、减速器、链条、链轮、连接轴和带动拌桨转动的减速器、齿轮。
所述的水解槽下部安装有支架。
在水解槽外壁设有可对水解槽内物料进行均匀加热的加热层。
本实用新型的优点是：集水解捏合造粒于一体、生产规模大、自动化程度高、产品品质好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示：一种用于胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其设有一水解槽2；
在水解槽2内两侧设拌桨12；
在水解槽2内下部设造粒螺旋输送器11；
在水解槽2外的一侧设置有与造粒螺旋输送器11对接的造粒筒1；
在水解槽2外的另一侧设置有带动造粒螺旋输送器11转动的电机7、减速器8、链条6、链轮5、连接轴9和带动拌桨12转动的减速器9、齿轮3。
所述的水解槽2下部安装有支架10。
在水解槽2外壁设有可对水解槽内物料进行均匀加热的加热层13。
实际使用时，将输入水解槽2内的固液物料经捏合搅拌桨12充分搅拌后在水解捏合；由电机7、减速器8、链条6、链轮5、连接轴9带动造粒螺旋输送器11转动，将捏合后的物料送至造粒筒1进行造粒，然后从造粒筒1输出。

1、一种用于胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其特征在于：
设有一水解槽(2)；
在水解槽(2)内两侧设拌桨(12)；
在水解槽(2)内下部设造粒螺旋输送器(11)；
在水解槽(2)外的一侧设置有与造粒螺旋输送器(11)对接的造粒筒(1)；
在水解槽(2)外的另一侧设置有带动造粒螺旋输送器(11)转动的电机(7)、减速器(8)、链条(6)、链轮(5)、连接轴(9)和带动拌桨(12)转动的减速器(9)、齿轮(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其特征在于：所述的水解槽(2)下部安装有支架(10)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的胶状体捏合造粒一体化的大型捏合机，其特征在于：在水解槽(2)外壁设有可对水解槽内物料进行均匀加热的加热层(13)。
