本实用新型公开了一种电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置。该装置采用耐热塑料经注塑成型的电热水器的内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：筒节分为端头节筒节和中间节筒节，每节筒节的内胆与外壳之间均布设置支撑板，筒节的端面上的内胆壁、外壳壁、支撑板壁上制有榫槽或者是榫头，内胆壁厚与外壳壁厚一致，或者是内胆壁厚大于外壳壁厚，内胆横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形；外壳横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形、矩形、多边形，支撑板个数为6－12个，板的横断面是均厚板，或者是非均厚板，各个筒节的支撑板个数和方位是一致的。

本实用新型涉及一种电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置。属于电热水器的结构改进技术。
                                背景技术
现有的电热水器的内胆与外壳均为单体式结构，即内胆与外壳分别各自成型后，把内胆装入外壳内，然后在内胆与外壳之间填充保温层。而且内胆通常多是采用金属不锈钢制造而成。这种电热水器内胆与外壳单体式结构，它的制造比较麻烦，成本也较高，体积重量较重。
                                发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置。该筒节装置具有制造容易、成本低、重量轻的特点。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过下述方案加以实现的。采用耐热塑料经注塑成型的电热水器的内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：筒节分为端头节筒节和中间节筒节，每节筒节的内胆与外壳之间均布设置支撑板，筒节的端面上的内胆壁、外壳壁、支撑板壁上制有榫槽或者是榫头。
上述筒节的内胆壁厚与外壳壁厚一致，或者是内胆壁厚大于外壳壁厚。
上述筒节的内胆横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形；外壳横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形、矩形、多边形。
上述筒节的支撑板个数为6-12个，板的横断面是均厚板，或者是非均厚板。
上述各个筒节的支撑板个数和方位是一致的。
本实用新型同现有的电热水器内胆与外壳单体结构装置相比，它制造容易、降低了制造费用和体积重量。

                             具体实施方式
以三节的内胆与外壳一体化的筒节组成的电热水器为例，进一步说明本实用新型的实施。由三节筒节构成的电热水器，分为两节端头筒节和一节中间筒节。两节端头筒节的外端是封头，里端分别制有榫头和榫槽，中间筒节的两端与两节端筒节的榫头和榫槽分别相应制成榫槽和榫头。筒节的结构为，内胆为圆形，直径为200-250mm，外壳为椭圆形，长轴为450mm，支撑板均布设置8块，板厚为3-4mm，上述结构的筒节注塑成之后，在内胆与外壳之间灌注发泡塑料保温层，然后用粘接剂按榫头插入榫槽的方式将三节筒节连接成整体。这种结构制造省事，使用强度和外观均能达到要求。

1.一种电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，该装置采用耐热塑料经注塑成型，构成电热水器的内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：筒节分为端头节筒节和中间节筒节，每节筒节的内胆与外壳之间均布设置支撑板，筒节的端面上的内胆壁、外壳壁、支撑板壁上制有榫槽或者是榫头。
2.按权利要求1所说的电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：内胆壁厚与外壳壁厚一致，或者是内胆壁厚大于外壳壁厚。
3.按权利要求1所说的电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：内胆横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形；外壳横截面形状是圆形、椭圆形、矩形、多边形。
4.按权利要求1所说的电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：支撑板个数为6-12个，板的横断面是均厚板，或者是非均厚板。
5.按权利要求1-4所说的电热水器的塑料内胆与外壳一体化的筒节装置，其特征在于：各个筒节的支撑板个数和方位是一致的。
