Abstract

一种独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其主要包括:滑轮组结构、鞋体,滑轮组结构由支架、滚轮、轮轴、顶杆、压簧、顶杆组件、固定螺钉组成;轮轴穿过滚轮的中心,将滚轮固定在支架的凹槽中,顶杆与压簧装设在支架的顶部,顶杆组件装设在支架上,固定螺钉将滑轮组结构固定在鞋上。顶杆组件由顶杆头、后接连板、压簧、顶杆连接螺杆、顶杆、前连接板、固定螺母组成,顶杆连接螺杆、顶杆焊接在前连接板上,压簧套接在顶杆连接螺杆上。本实用新型的滑轮可以沿地面垂直方向伸缩,当滑轮向人体方向收缩时,可以步行;当滑轮向地面方向伸出时,可滑行或做特技表演。其不需要用手,只需将鞋后帮向墙或其他物体压一下,即能完成步行与滑行的交换动作,使用十分方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种运动、娱乐活动领域的滚轮旱冰鞋中的多功能鞋,特别是涉及一种独轮步行滑行多功能鞋。
背景技术
现有的滚轮旱冰鞋大都为四个轮子,轮子不可以收缩,只能滑行。本申请人在先申请过一种可收缩的步行滑行多功能鞋,是通过外拉机构,借助弹簧可以使滚轮折叠收缩,但该种机构操作不方便,使用时,人要蹲下来,靠手的力量将压杆组件拉开使滚轮折叠收缩。
有鉴于上述现有的滚轮旱冰鞋存在的缺陷,本设计人基于丰富的实务经验及专业知识,积极加以研究创新,经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有的滚轮旱冰鞋中存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,使其可以兼具有步行、滑行、能够作各种特技表演功能的多功能鞋。
本实用新型所要解决的另一技术问题在于,提供一种新型结构的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,使其滑轮可以沿地面垂直方向伸缩,当滑轮向人体方向收缩时,鞋底面全部与地面接触,可以步行;当滑轮向地面方向伸出时,仅鞋后跟滑轮与地面接触,可滑行或做特技表演动作。
本实用新型所要解决的再一技术问题在于,提供一种新型结构的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,使其不需要用手,只需将鞋后帮向墙或其他物体压一下,即能完成步行与滑行的交换动作,使用十分方便。
本实用新型解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本实用新型提出的一种独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其主要包括:滑轮组结构、鞋体,滑轮组结构装配在鞋体上。
本实用新型解决其技术问题还可以采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述滑轮组结构,其由支架、滚轮、轮轴、压杆、压簧、顶杆组件、固定螺钉组成;轮轴穿过滚轮的中心,将滚轮固定在支架的中间,压杆与压簧装设在支架的顶部,顶杆组件装设在支架上,通过螺母将其固定。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述顶杆组件,由其顶杆头、后接连板、压簧、顶杆连接螺杆、顶杆、前连接板、固定螺母组成,顶杆连接螺杆、顶杆焊接在前连接板上,压簧套接在顶杆连接螺杆上。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述前连接板上的顶杆连接螺杆穿过压簧的中心,再穿入支架上的顶杆连接螺杆孔中,同时焊接在前连接板上的顶杆也穿入支架上的顶杆滑动孔中,并将顶杆连接螺杆穿入后连接板上的孔中,用固定螺母将其固定。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述支架,其为Π型体,在左右两侧各设有长型槽孔,在支架的顶部设有联接螺孔、压杆移动孔,压杆移动孔垂直于长型槽孔并贯穿其上部的弧面,支架的前后两侧设有顶杆连接螺杆孔、顶杆滑动孔,两孔均贯穿其前后。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述滚轮,其由弹性材料制成,并设有安装轴承的轴承孔,单向滚动轴承装设在该轴承孔中,滚轮装设在支架的中间。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述轮轴,其为一圆柱体,在两端的同一方向上各设有一平台,轮轴穿过支架上设有的长形槽及滚轮中设有的轴承,轮轴上设有的平台朝向下方。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述压杆插入支架顶部的压杆移动孔中并将压簧插入压杆移动孔中,压簧置于压杆上部的平台面上。
前述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其中所述鞋体后跟处设有孔,顶杆头穿入鞋体后跟处设有的孔中,并将已装好的滑轮组结构装入鞋体后跟处的凹坑中,用固定螺钉将滑轮组结构与鞋体固接在一起。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和积极效果。由以上技术方案可知,本实用新型独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其在鞋底后跟处设有一凹坑,凹坑内装有可以沿地面垂直方向伸缩的滑轮,当滑轮向人体方向收缩时,鞋底面全部与地面接触,可以步行;当滑轮向地面方向伸出时,仅鞋后跟滑轮与地面接触,可以滑行或做特技表演动作;由于只设有一个滑轮,所以整个鞋较为轻巧,便于作各种特技动作,步行时也较为轻松便利。同时根据使用者的需要,在使用时不需要用手,只需将鞋后帮向墙或其他物体压一下,即能完成步行与滑行的交换动作,使用十分方便。本实用新型可以兼具有步行、滑行、作各种特技动作等多功能的功效。
综上所述,本实用新型独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其在技术发展空间有限的领域中,不论在结构上或功能上皆有较大的改进,且在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,而确实具有增进的功效,从而更加适于实用,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本实用新型提出的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其具体结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图2所示,本实用新型独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其主要包括:滑轮组结构1、鞋体2,滑轮组结构1装配在鞋体2上,利用滑轮与鞋体的相对位置的变化,完成其步行或滑行动作。
请参阅图1、图3所示,滑轮组结构1,其由支架11、滚轮12、轮轴13、压杆14、压簧15、顶杆组件16、固定螺钉17等组成。轮轴13穿过滚轮12的中心,将滚轮12固定在支架11的中间,压杆14与压簧15装设在支架11的顶部,顶杆组件16装设在支架11上,通过螺母167将其固定。
支架11,其为Π型体,在左右两侧各设有长型槽孔111,左右侧的长型槽孔在同一轴线上,并贯穿。在其顶部设有联接螺孔112、压杆移动孔113。压杆移动孔113垂直于长型槽孔111并贯穿其上部的弧面。支架11的前后两侧设有顶杆连接螺杆孔114、顶杆滑动孔115,两孔均贯穿其前后。
滚轮12,其由弹性材料制成,并设有安装轴承的轴承孔122,单向滚动轴承121装设在该轴承孔122中,滚轮12装设在支架11的中间。
单向滚动轴承121压入滚轮12上的轴承孔122中,轮轴13依次穿过支架11上设有的长型槽孔111,单向滚动轴承121到支架11另一侧的长型槽孔111中,轮轴13带动滚轮12可以在长型槽111中上下垂直移动,改变滚轮12与支架11的相对高度。
轮轴13,其为一圆柱体,在两端的同一方向上各设有一平台131,轮轴13穿过支架11上设有的长形槽113及滚轮12中设有的轴承121,轮轴13上设有的平台131朝向下方。
压杆14插入支架11顶部的压杆移动孔113中并将压簧15插入压杆移动孔113中,压簧15置于压杆14上部的平台面上。
顶杆组件16,由其顶杆头161、后接连板162、压簧163、顶杆连接螺杆164、顶杆165、前连接板166、固定螺母167组成,顶杆连接螺杆164、顶杆165焊接在前连接板166上。
将焊接好的前连接板166上的顶杆连接螺杆164穿过压簧163的中心,再穿入支架11上的顶杆连接螺杆孔114中,同时焊接在前连接板166上的顶杆165也穿入支架11上的顶杆滑动孔115中,并将顶杆连接螺杆164穿入后连接板162上的孔1621中,用固定螺母(167)将其固定。
把顶杆头161穿入鞋体2后跟处设有的孔23中,并将已装好的滑轮组结构1装入鞋体2后跟处的凹坑22中,用固定螺钉17将滑轮组结构1与鞋体2固接在一起。
当需要滑行时,外力压迫顶杆头161,使后连接板162及固定在后连接板162上的顶杆连接螺杆164向前移动,同时使焊接在顶杆连接螺杆164上的前连接板166及焊接在前连接板166上的顶杆165沿支架11上的顶杆滑动孔115水平向前移动,当顶杆165向前移动并离开支架11上的长型槽孔111时,由于压簧15的作用,使置于长型槽孔111中的轮轴13向下移动,带动连接有轮轴13上的滚轮12向下移动伸出鞋体2底面的凹坑22外,此时去除压迫在顶杆头161上的压力。压簧163张开,使顶杆组件16整体沿支架11上的顶杆连接螺杆孔114,顶杆滑动孔115向后移动,顶杆165压在轮轴13上面,使轮轴13及固接在轮轴13上的滚轮12无法沿支架11上的长型槽孔111上下移动。即可以滑行或作各种特技表演动作。
当需要步行时,外力压迫顶杆头161,后连接板162及固接在后接连板162上的顶杆连接螺杆164向前移动,同时,使焊接在顶杆连接螺杆164上的前连接板166及焊接在前连接板166上的顶杆165沿支架11上的顶杆滑动孔115水平向前移动,当顶杆165向前移动并离开支架11上的长型槽孔111时,鞋后跟朝地面压迫滚轮12,使置于支架11上长型槽孔111中的滚轮12及连接在滚轮12中的轮轴13沿长型槽孔111向上移动,使滚轮12向上缩进鞋体2底面的凹坑22中,除去压迫在顶杆头161的外力。压簧163张开,使顶杆组件16整体沿支架11上的顶杆连接螺杆孔114,顶杆滑动孔115向后移动,顶杆165插在轮轴13下面,使轮轴13上的滚轮12无法沿支架11上的长型槽孔111上、下移动。

Claims (9)

1、一种独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于其主要包括:滑轮组结构(1)、鞋体(2),滑轮组结构(1)装配在鞋体(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述滑轮组结构(1),其由支架(11)、滚轮(12)、轮轴(13)、压杆(14)、压簧(15)、顶杆组件(16)、固定螺钉(17)组成;轮轴(13)穿过滚轮(12)的中心,将滚轮(12)固定在支架(11)的中间,压杆(14)与压簧(15)装设在支架(11)的顶部,顶杆组件(16)装设在支架(11)上,通过螺母(167)将其固定。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述顶杆组件(16),由其顶杆头(161)、后接连板(162)、压簧(163)、顶杆连接螺杆(164)、顶杆(165)、前连接板(166)、固定螺母(167)组成,顶杆连接螺杆(164)、顶杆(165)焊接在前连接板(166)上,压簧(163)套接在顶杆连接螺杆(164)上。
4、根据权利要求2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述前连接板(166)上的顶杆连接螺杆(164)穿过压簧(163)的中心,再穿入支架(11)上的顶杆连接螺杆孔(114)中,同时焊接在前连接板(166)上的顶杆(165)也穿入支架(11)上的顶杆滑动孔(115)中,并将顶杆连接螺杆(164)穿入后连接板(162)上的孔(1621)中,用固定螺母(167)将其固定。
5、根据权利要求2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述支架(11),其为Π型体,在左右两侧各设有长型槽孔(111),在支架(11)的顶部设有联接螺孔(112)、压杆移动孔(113),压杆移动孔(113)垂直于长型槽孔(111)并贯穿其上部的弧面,支架(11)的前后两侧设有顶杆连接螺杆孔(114)、顶杆滑动孔(115),两孔均贯穿其前后。
6、根据权利要求2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述滚轮(12),其由弹性材料制成,并设有安装轴承的轴承孔(122),单向滚动轴承(121)装设在该轴承孔(122)中,滚轮(12)装设在支架(11)的中间。
7、根据权利要求2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述轮轴(13),其为一圆柱体,在两端的同一方向上各设有一平台(131),轮轴(13)穿过支架(11)上设有的长形槽(113)及滚轮(12)中设有的轴承(121),轮轴(13)上设有的平台(131)朝向下方。
8、根据权利要求2所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述压杆(14)插入支架(11)顶部的压杆移动孔(113)中并将压簧(15)插入压杆移动孔(113)中,压簧(15)置于压杆(14)上部的平台面上。
9、根据权利要求1所述的独轮步行滑行多功能鞋,其特征在于所述鞋体(2)后跟处设有孔(23),顶杆头(161)穿入鞋体(2)后跟处设有的孔(23)中,并将已装好的滑轮组结构(1)装入鞋体(2)后跟处的凹坑(22)中,用固定螺钉(17)将滑轮组结构(1)与鞋体(2)固接在一起。
