背景技术
生产运动鞋、时装鞋、旅游鞋等注塑鞋类，其成型都需要注塑鞋模来完成。现有的注塑鞋模包括底模、模框、活动框，模盖或鞋模组成，模盖和活动框之间设有弹簧和螺栓，这种鞋模加工的品种比较单一，易造成串料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种可调式注塑鞋模，该鞋模加工的品种多，发泡效果好。
一种可调式注塑鞋模，由底模、模框、活动框、模盖、鞋楦及设于模盖上的分料板组成，模盖和鞋楦由左右两部分组成。
鞋楦的底部设为凸台，台肩上设有出料孔，台面上设有散气孔。
模盖和鞋楦组合件的接触面为斜面。
模盖与鞋楦的组合件的接触面，也可为垂直面，或为斜面与垂直面的组合。
上述可调式注塑鞋模，可单独调整模腔左右两侧的发泡高度，随意控制注塑鞋胚的后脚跟的高度，加工的品种多，模盖上设有分料板可防止串料。

具体实施方式
一种可调式注塑鞋模，由底模4、模框3、活动框2、模盖1、鞋楦11及设于模盖1上的分料板5组成；模盖1和鞋楦11由左右两部分组成，鞋楦11的底部设为凸台13，凸台13的台肩上设有出料孔14，凸台13台面上设有散气孔12，射料从出料孔14向四周均匀射进模腔内，模腔内的废气经散气孔12从模盖1与鞋楦11间的间隙泄出。模盖1的左右两部分各设有四个沉孔8，沉孔8内设有螺栓6，螺栓6固定在活动框2的螺纹孔上，螺纹孔的位置与沉孔8的位置对应，模盖1与活动框2之间设有八个弹簧7，弹簧7安装在模盖1与模框3上的弹簧孔内，模盖1上还设有进料孔9，分料板5设于模盖1上，在与模盖1的进料孔9的对应处设有射料孔10，分料板5与模盖1之间为活动连接。模盖1与鞋楦11的组合件的左右两部分的结合面为斜面，斜面往注塑鞋胚前脚掌的方向倾斜，便于安装，也可设为垂直面，或斜面和垂直面的组合，注塑前，可根据注塑的鞋胚后脚跟处的厚度和前脚掌的厚度的来调节模腔左右两侧的发泡高度；拧松左模盖上的螺栓6，在弹簧7的作用下模盖1上升，左模盖1与活动框2的距离变大，左模盖1向上移动，模腔左侧的发泡高度增大，注塑后，鞋胚的后脚跟处增厚，需要改变右侧的厚度时，可单独调整模盖1右部分的螺栓6，或同时调节左右模盖1上的螺栓6。使用时，调节好模腔左右两侧的发泡高度，尔后，原料经分料板5上的射料10，再经模盖1上的进料孔9，最后从鞋楦11上凸台13的台肩上的出料孔14进入模腔形成鞋胚。

3、根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式注塑鞋模，其特征是：模盖和鞋楦组合件的结合面为斜面。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式注塑鞋模，其特征是：模盖与鞋楦的组合件的结合面，也可为垂直面，或为斜面与垂直面的组合。
