Abstract

一种二冲程发动机的活塞,由活塞和活塞单向阀门组成,该活塞单向阀门为单向进气阀门,该单向进气阀门设在活塞裙部。采用这样结构的活塞装机后,活塞在气缸内上行时,把还气时直接流失在气缸排气口的燃气重新吸回来,所以采用这样的结构活塞:环保、节油、经济性强。

二冲程发动机的活塞
本实用新型涉及一种二冲程发动机活塞的改进。
目前,二冲发动机的活塞,采用活塞头部设单向排气阀门,该排气阀门用于曲轴箱通过活塞向气缸排可燃气。存在问题是:还气时直接流失在气缸排口的燃气不能吸回来。
本实用新型的目的:通过对二冲发动机的活塞裙部设进气阀门,使二冲发动机还气时直接流失气缸排气口的燃气,在活塞上行时吸回来,达到环保节油的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在二冲程发动机的活塞裙部设一开口,该开口内侧设活塞单向进气阀门。这样该活塞在装机后活塞在气缸内上行时,活塞内部形成部分真空,活塞裙部单进气阀门打开,通过该阀门把流失在气缸排气口的燃油吸回来。
本实用新型的优点是:采用这样裙部设单向进气阀门结构的活塞在装机后活塞在气缸内上行时,把流失在气缸排气口的燃气吸回来,达到环保节油的目的。下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
附图1为本实用新型活塞的第一种实施方式结构图。
附图2为本实用新型活塞的第二种实施方式结构图。
由图1可知:第一种实施方案,在活塞裙部1设开口2,在开口2内侧设单向舌簧阀3,这样活塞裙部设单向进气阀门,装机后当活塞在气缸内上行时活塞内行成部分真空,通过活塞裙部单向进气阀门把气缸排气口流失的燃油吸回来,从而实现节油环保。
由图2可知:第二种实施方案,在活塞裙部1设开口2在开口2设惯力开启阀4,活塞装机后活塞在气缸里上行时,该阀门由惯力挣破弹簧力打开阀门,而活塞内部分真空把流失在气缸排气的燃气通过活塞阀门被吸回来;从而实现节油。下行时惯力阀门关闭。

1、一种二冲程发动机的活塞,由活塞和活塞单向阀门组成,其特征在于:该活塞单向阀门为单向进气阀门,该单向进气阀门设在活塞的裙部。
2、根据权利要求1所述发动机的活塞,其特征在于:该单向进气阀门由舌簧阀和裙部开口组成。
3、根据权利要求1所述发动机的活塞,其特征在于:该单向进气阀门由惯力开启阀门和裙部开口组成。
