一种聚氨酯保温材料的浇注成形结构
本实用新型属于保温材料，具体涉及聚氨酯保温材料的浇注成形结构。
目前市场上的化工管道、罐体、冷藏车、隔热保温门，太阳能热水器水箱及电冰箱等异形保温工程主要采用单纯的聚氨酯浇注成形的保温材料未作保温处理，因此耗材相对较多，而该保温材料的保温原理主要靠发泡中无数个小汽泡内的空气不流动和相互不流通来达到降低温度的传导系数，而空气的导热系数比真空导热系数大，因此该保温材料不能达到更好的保温的效果。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足，设计一种能够节约保温材料的使用，又能起到良好的保温效果的这样一种结构聚氨酯保温材料的浇注成形结构。
本实用新型为了实现以上目的采用以下技术方案：设计一种聚氨酯保温材料浇注成形结构，包括保温材料，其特征在于在发泡材料中设有空心容器。其空心容器是圆形抗大气压的真空容器；其空心容器是圆球形，或圆管形，其空心容器的材料是塑料。
在发泡前先把其空心容器放在夹层中或相应的模套中，然后在浇注发泡前的聚氨酯保温材料使之发泡形成一体，在打开模套取出发泡成形的成品保温材料，这样在浇注成形的保温材料中使用真空空心空器相应的容积替代了保温材料，达到良好的保温效果和节约的目的。优点是能节约保温材料，降低生产成本，起到了良好的保温效果。

图1、图3中空心真空容器1与聚氨酯浇注成形的保温材料相容合，形成一个整体的保温材料结构。

利用真空泵的吸汽管对准真空容器的吸气口，进行真空吸气，当空心容器内达到一定真空成度时，即时可用电加热的办法加热封口。
