背景技术
近年来，我国国民经济和高新技术的稳定、持续、快速发展，促使我国铝冶炼和铝型材加工业发展十分迅速。铝合金型材是铝棒通过热熔、挤压，从而得到不同截面形状的铝材料。在建筑业，铝合金型材常用于门窗的安装，为了保证室内温度基本保持一致，铝合金型材的保温效果显得尤为重要，在寒冷的冬季，室内的温度高于室外的温度，因此室内的热量经过铝合金型材制作的门窗快速传递到室外，引起室内温度急剧下降，给居住的人们带来不舒适的感觉，人们不得不采用暖气取暖；而在炎热的夏季，室外的温度高于室内温度，铝合金的热传递效果明显，室内温度提升快，人们不得不使用空调降低室内温度，保证室内的舒适度。
传统的铝合金门窗大多不具有保温隔热效果，不管是在寒冷的冬季还是在炎热的夏季，都将消耗大量的能量，另外，在人口密度较大的城市中，门窗的隔音效果也非常重要，如果门窗的隔音效果不好，室内不安静，同样地给居住者带来很大的困扰，因此铝合金型材的保温隔热性能是鉴定铝合金门窗质量好坏的主要指标。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种采用聚酰胺尼龙胶作为塑料连接胶体，阻隔了铝合金的热传导，保温隔热性和隔音性好，所用材料均为可回收再利用材料，回收利用率高，节能环保的一种注胶隔热铝合金型材。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种注胶隔热铝合金型材，它包括铝合金型材A和铝合金型材B，铝合金型材A和铝合金型材B均为中空腔式结构，铝合金型材A和铝合金型材B通过塑料胶体连接为一体的隔热式结构。
所述的塑料胶体为聚酰胺尼龙橡胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
（1）本实用新型采用聚酰胺尼龙胶作为塑料连接胶体将铝合金型材A和铝合金型材B连接固定，阻隔了铝合金的热传导，热传导系数K值为2.23～2.94W/m2·k，是普通铝合金型材热传导系数的40%，同时隔声量达29dB以上，保温隔热性和隔音性好。 
（2）本实用新型所用材料均为可回收再利用材料，回收利用率高，节能环保。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注胶隔热铝合金型材，其特征在于：所述的塑料胶体（3）为聚酰胺尼龙橡胶。
