Abstract

本实用新型涉及饮水器具技术领域，特别涉及一种用金属银制作的杯子。
在公知技术中，为了使杯子具有杀菌、防毒功能，中国专利92243543.X号便公开了一种银离子杯，其在内杯体的内壁上镶金属银制品。由于银离子具有杀菌、防毒的功效；杯子便具有了防毒、保健作用。但此种杯体由硬塑外壳、硬塑连接体、硬塑杯耳等组成，使得杯子保温性能差；由于杯体中，金属银与杯中水接触面积小，使得杯子释放银离子的速度慢，数量少，杀菌防毒功能不理想。再者，镶嵌在杯体内壁的金属银易脱落，给使用带来了很大的不便。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种具有杀菌、防毒功能且保温性能好的银杯。
为了达到以上所述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种银杯，杯体由内层杯体和外层杯体组成，内层杯体由金属银制作，内外杯体间设有夹空层。
在本实用新型中，夹空层最好是真空层；内、外杯体最好均由经硬化处理的纯银制作。
本实用新型的优点在于：由于内层杯体由金属银制作，当水注入杯内，金属银释放出银离子，达到杀菌、防毒和净化水的目的。由于内外杯体间设有夹空层，使得杯子具有保温功能；夹空层为真空层，使得保温功能更理想。杯体是硬化处理的纯银制作，使得杯子具有一定的硬度，且具有一定的保值功能。

如图1所示：本实施例的银杯包括杯体、杯盖1，杯体由内层杯体2和外层杯3体组成，内、外杯体均由经硬化处理的纯银制作。当水注入杯内，金属银释放出银离子，达到杀菌、防毒和净化水的功能。内外杯体间设有夹空层4；夹空层为真空层；使得保温功能理想。
如图2所示：本实施例的银杯的杯体由内层杯体2和外层杯体3组成，内层杯体2由金属银制作，外层杯体3由不锈钢材料制作，具有较好的防碰撞性能。当然外层杯体也可采用玻璃或塑料制作。内、外杯体间设有夹空层4，使得保温功能理想。

1、一种银杯，其特征在于：杯体由内层杯体和外层杯体组成，内层杯体由金属银制作，内外杯体间设有夹空层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的银杯，其特征在于：所述的夹空层为真空层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的银杯，其特征在于：所述的内、外杯体均由经硬化处理的纯银制作。
