本实用新型涉及太阳能集热器汇流管的外层壳体。
公知的太阳能集热器的汇流管的外层都不设保温层,但是在气温较低时如零下,在汇流管的外层设置保温层后太阳能热水器的热效率和抗冻性能都明显比不设保温层的好,为了能方便的在汇流管的外层设置保温层[如聚胺脂]和提高美观,本实用新型提出一种汇流管外壳型材。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下的技术方案实现的,汇流管外壳型材为一个剖面为四边形空心长方体,并在长方体的一面上开有中心距等距与不等距的孔,汇流管外壳型材的材料可为塑料,铝合金,不锈钢等。
