目前,太阳能的利用越来越受到人们的重视,特别是各种各样的太阳能热水器倍受欢迎,先进的全玻璃真空管热水器和热管真空管热水器,虽然热效率高,但价格昂贵,再者,全玻璃真空管热水器易破损、易结垢;平板热水器价格较低廉,受人们欢迎,但热效率低,热损耗大,且怕冻。前者的效率高主要是由于采用了透光隔热的真空技术,后者的热效率低,热损耗大,主要是因为它是利用平板玻璃作面板,所以透光隔热差,总之,现有的热水器面板的结构有待于改进。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种由多根中空管平铺粘接而成的真空管面板,以达到透光隔热,结实耐用的目的。

从附图中可以看出:本实用新型真空管面板1它由真空管2、细真空管3和框架7组成,所述的框架7可作成多种规格和形状,以适应各个领域的使用,框架7内嵌装有多根真空管2,多根真空管2粘接成一平面,即多根真空管2平铺粘接在框架7内,真空管2间的粘接缝隙处粘接有细真空管3,这样使得整个真空管面板1成为既透光又隔热的容器盖板。
