本实用新型提供一种射出成型机模板,该模板包括有一个带中心孔的方形面板、四个导向孔、一个在方形面板背后的圆形内加强框以及其与外边框之间的加强肋,其特征在于方形面板背后的外边框的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形。采用该模板与已有方形结构模板相比具有节省材料、减少应力集中、提高模板的强度和刚性等优点,适合各种射出成型机采用。

Description

射出成型机圆形结构模板
本实用新型涉及模板,特别是一种射出成型机圆型结构模板。
射出成型机(亦称注塑机)的模板(包括头板、二板和尾板)主要用来固定模具、传递锁模力和保证整个锁模式系统有一定强度和刚性。在现有技术中,射出成型机的模板都是方形结构的,其面板是方形的面板背后的外边框亦是方形的。由于这种传统的结构设计设有十分明显的缺陷而一直沿用至今。究竟方形模板是否是一种理想的结构设计,有没有不足之处,长期以来没有人提出过这样的问题。然而,经过大量的试验表明:方形模板的应力传递和分布是不均匀的,容易出现应力集中,很难达到和接近等应力的设计目标,使方形模板存在着固有的隐患和影响使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的正是针对上述问题,在大量试验研究的基础上提供一种使模板应力和传递均匀,有效减弱应力集中、延长模式板使用寿命的射出成型机圆形模板的新设计。
上述任务是以这样方式实现的:该模板包括有带中心孔的方形面板、四个导向孔、一个在方形面板背后的圆形内加强框以及其与外加强框之间的加强肋,其特征在于方形面板背后的外加强框的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形。
经过对方形和圆形模板结构的COSMOS有限元分析和力流与抗拉强度对比分析,圆形结构模板与方形结构模板相比有如下优点:
1、由于圆形结构360°范围内对称,也就是说圆形结构圆周上没有结构突变点,能有效地减弱应力集中,另外采用圆形结构,力流分布均匀,应力传递过程能有效地分散,且传递路径缩短,从而增强了模板的整体刚性。
2、将方形为主体的模板结构设计改成圆形为主体的模板结构设计,在材料上能明显得到节省(约10%),而产生的最大应力相当(约比方形增大2%)、模板最大变形减少(约减少了5%);而当增加圆形模板总高度,使两者重量达到相同的条件下,圆形结构设计的优势就明显地表现出来——最大应力比方形结构模板小6.79%、最大变形量比方形结构模板小6.7%。因此如果在采用圆形为主体结构的同时,改善加强肋尺寸和结构的布置等,使其达到要求的安全强度系数,完全能达到节约材料成本、提高模板的强度和刚性的目的。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的结构作进一步的描述。

如附图2~3所示,该模板与现有模板一样,带中心孔的方形面板、四个导向孔、一个在方形面板背后的圆形内加强框以及其与外边框之间的加强肋,其特征在于在方形面板背后的外边框的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形。四个导向孔3的外壁以圆弧过渡与外加强框5连接在一超。方形面板2的厚度一般不大于整个模板厚度的1/3。整个模板用铸铁或球墨铸铁铸造后再加工而成。
本实用新型适合各种射出成型机模板采用。

1、一种射出成型机圆形结构模板,该模板包括有一个带中心孔(1)的方形面板(2)、四个导向孔(3)、一个在方形面板背后的圆形内加强框(4)以及其与外加强框(5)之间的加强肋(6),其特征在于方形面板(2)背后的加强框(5)的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形。
