Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种炭素纤维电热器件,涉及到一种室内加热器用的炭素纤维电热器件技术领域,它包括壳体1和内置于壳体里的电热线2,以及由电热线两端引出壳体的电极3,所述的电热线2是一根用炭素纤维制成任意形状的电热体,所述的壳体1是一个用玻璃制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体,而且在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充有抗氧化物质并密封。该结构发射波长为6—14微米的红外线辐射强度是普通发热材料的4倍,所产生的热效应是普通发热体的2倍,因此热效率高,可节电50%以上,并有杀菌防霉作用,达到环保目的,由于在壳体内充满惰性气体防止氧化,电极又是采用耐热强的钼或钨金属制造,因此能达到抗氧化能力强、寿命长的目的。

技术领域:本实用新型的炭素纤维电热器件涉及到一种电热和热辐射器件,尤其是属于一种室内加热器用的炭素纤维电热器件技术领域。
背景技术:目前的电热器件尤其是室内加热器用的电热器件主要是包括壳体和置于其内的电热线,以及由电热线两端引出壳体的电极,其中壳体是用金属、石英玻璃等制成,电热线是一根用金属制成的的电热丝,它通过对流或传导的方式进行热传递,发热过程辐射红外线的能力较差,辐射能量分布极大值不在红外线区域,升温时间长,热利用率低,同时金属的电热线和电极易氧化烧断,影响寿命。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种热效率高、抗氧化能力强的、节电环保和寿命长的炭素纤维电热器件。为了实现该目的,本实用新型的炭素纤维电热器件包括壳体和内置于壳体里的电热线,以及由电热线两端引出壳体的电极,所述的电热线是一根用炭素纤维制成任意形状的电热体,所述的壳体是一个用玻璃制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体,而且在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充有抗氧化物质并密封。
所述的壳体还可以是一个用陶瓷制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体。
所述的在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充的抗氧化物质是一层惰性气体。
所述的电极是一根用钼制成的电极丝。
所述的电极还可以是一根用钨制成的电极丝。
本实用新型的炭素纤维电热器件由于采用炭素纤维制成的电热线,它在大功率高温发热过程中辐射红外线,其波长为6-14微米的红外线辐射强度是普通发热材料的4倍,具有杀菌防霉作用,同时所产生的热效应是普通发热体的2倍,因此热效率高,可节电50%以上,达到环保目的,并且在壳体与电热线间的空间真空后充满惰性气体防止氧化,电极又是采用耐热强的钼或钨金属制造的电极丝,因此达到抗氧化能力强、寿命长的目的。

具体实施方式:由图1所示,本实用新型的炭素纤维电热器件包括壳体1和内置于壳体里的电热线2,以及由电热线两端引出壳体的电极3,所述的电热线2是一根用炭素纤维制成任意形状的电热体,所述的壳体1是一个用玻璃制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体,而且在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充有抗氧化物质并密封。
所述的壳体1还可以是一个用陶瓷制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体。
所述的在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充的抗氧化物质是一层惰性气体4。
所述的电极3是一根用钼制成的电极丝。
所述的电极3可以是一根用钨制成的电极丝。

Claims (5)

1.一种炭素纤维电热器件,包括壳体(1)和内置于壳体里的电热线(2),以及由电热线两端引出壳体的电极(3),其特征在于:所述的电热线(2)是一根用炭素纤维制成任意形状的电热体,所述的壳体(1)是一个用玻璃制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体,而且在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充有抗氧化物质并密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炭素纤维电热器件,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)还可以是一个用陶瓷制成的与电热线形状相匹配的壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的炭素纤维电热器件,其特征在于:所述的在电热线与壳体间的空间在抽真空后填充的抗氧化物质是一层惰性气体(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的炭素纤维电热器件,其特征在于:所述的电极(3)是一根用钼制成的电极丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的炭素纤维电热器件,其特征在于:所述的电极(3)可以是一根用钨制成的电极丝。
